sweetFrog Premium Frozen Yogurt, Jacksonville FL

On a Tuesday night around 8: 30pm this location had a steady stream of people for about 30 minutes while I sat outside with friends enjoying the yogurt and chatting. The yogurt was very tasty (like really good!) but what I noticed is a very hard working girl there named Isabella. At that time she was by herself trying to handle all the customers, keep the place clean, refill the machines etc. Being a manager of people in my previous job I tend to take notice of people showing signs of a strong work ethic. The minute the line died down she immediately began cleaning and refilling machines. With all that was going on tonight during that 30 minutes or so that I was there, she still had a smile on her face with each customer. Not sure who her manager is but I hope they see this and I would say to you - hold on to her and pay her well. Finding hard workers who are pleasant is a blessing! Thanks Isabella - you’re making a difference! If it stays busy like that most evenings then the only thing I may suggest in general is to have more help vs.just one employee so that machines don’t run empty. One person can’t handle all the responsibilities timely when it’s busy. Again, yogurt was awesome and I’d recommend it!

The 2 girls were not friendly at ALL. My family of 6 were not WELCOMED when we went in. No one was offered a "sample cup". When checking out, the girl was hesitant to give me my reciept. My 12 yr old did not like the peanut butter flavor at all, so we bought her ANOTHER cup of yogurt. We discovered the sample cups on our own. Felt like we were an inconvenience to the girls because they had to check us out and not get to eat their CHIC FILE'. There was no other customers at the time. While there, signs were falling off the walls, other customers came in, NONE were greeted, others were asking that the toppings be refilled. Horrible customer service made for an extremely uncomfortable visit. Lesson learned in Jacksonville Florida.

Staff is helpful and nice but the cafe was a bit messy and overcrowded at around 8-9ish pm on a weekday! Didn’t expect that haha

Karen made our night! She was absolutely amazing, kind and compassionate. Thank you so much for being such a hard worker while maintaining such a bright smile. We can't wait to come back!

Very nice place, children like that they can choose themselves, what they would like to eat as a mother, I like that the portion can be adjusted by yourself️

Went by today because I was craving some yogurt and they were closed with no sign on the door as to why.

If you’re even remotely still worried about COVID don’t go in here, I was appalled. Every table was packed in a tiny shop, long line packed in, minimal mask wearing, I was so uncomfortable. The worst part is that there was one employee who was perfectly pleasant, but how was that safe for her either?

I should have just walked out but was trying to do a nice thing for my 80 year old dad who can’t go into these places anymore because apparently no one in Florida cares about other people. All you had to do was limit the people inside and line up outside and I think the entire problem would have been solved.

Some great flavors, friendly and knowledgeable employees, a wide selection of flavors and toppings, and probably 40 different toppings. Prices feel a bit high, but it was quite good.

Covid update 9/2020 - the shop seems to be doing a good job with safety, even with a self service model.

First time here and it was delicious my 5 year old was pumped to be there he loved the frogs and overall appearance of the store! Lots of yummy flavors and toppings at a reasonable price! We'll definitely be back!

The flavors are great! My personal favorite is the pineapple Dole Whip with tart. They have a great selection of toppings. Place is clean. It is wheelchair accessible, with two handicap parking spots and ramp right up front.

This is our favorite sweet treat spot. They even offer the sugar free vanilla that's really good and less calories.

It's not like it used to be with the former owners. Their yogurt seems less creamy than it used to be. Yofrodipity was the placebto go for frozen yogurt that was fresh and creamy!

Employees were welcoming as soon as we opened the door. The place is clean. The choices of yogurt was good as well as the choices of toppings. Our kids were really happy with our spontaneous choice of getting ice cream at this place We enjoyed our visit yesterday and I’m still thinking of the visit today.

Wonderful, clean location. Extremely friendly staff. Kids and grandpa loved it! Sweet frog has something for everyone.

I always enjoy Sweet Frog Froyo. I appreciate their clean store, fresh and abundant toppings, friendly staff, and frequent promotions. Tonight was "No Weigh Wednesday" where you can pack your cup for a flat price. As someone who is also very cautious about sugar I also appreciate that Sweet Frog always has a no sugar added option for me. I'm a fan of their fresh berries, topped with no sugar added vanilla and chopped peanuts- definitely not low carb, but a yummy treat every once in a while.
