After my original insurance policy with UPC Insurance Company cancelled my policy after Hurricane Ian, UPC decided to discontinue insuring customers in the state of Florida. After my claim with UPC was finally closed one year after I made it, Mr. Tirado was the only insurance agent that returned my calls/emails. He WANTED to help my situation and assisted me with acquiring all documentation that was needed to acquire new homeowners insurance. He always responded to me emails and calls same day! That's a rarity these days. Hats off to Mr. Tirado! He is the consummate insurance agent! Props!

I suggest you find a different insurance agency. I have had nothing but problems with SWFL insurance. They have messed up paperwork, not submitted complete application, caused my insurance policy to get cancelled. I had to go through many phone calls to straighten this out and get the policy reinstated. I pay my bill in full annually and then they billed my mortgagee instead of me. Again I am having to make phone calls and try to straighten out their mistakes. Paying for insurance once a year should not require so much work from my side. Unfortunatley my previous insurance agent retired otherise I would have kep t her. In 30 years it was so easy. Looking for a new insurance agent now. Like I said you might want to do the same.
