2We had to used SWFL IT to help establish our IT infrastructure for our non-profit. The team here has been available for our needs as we have progressed through this process. We would %100 recommend this company for IT services!
Kyle installed my cameras with no training on how to use the software. When I asked about motion detection he said the cameras did not do that. After several months of complaining two guys and one Cub Scout (Dillon) showed up and got the motion alerts working on the same cameras. Unfortunately they knew very little and don’t know their own equipment or the software. I asked them to silence the beep warning on the DVR and to Cync the camera time before they left which was not done. I made 10 or more calls for service and they never came back. Terrible service and very unprofessional. The Cub Scout should stick to his community college degree in video gaming. I have all the documentation to support my review. Thanks
