Needed a few chime rods replaced for my Howard Miller wall clock, and the gentleman replaced them while I waited. Thank you!

Great neighborhood place, and service is also great, this is starting to be a lost art (people who still work on watches, clocks) please help save this and keep this place going, we need it, once lost can't be replaced.

Good shop and workshop.
If you have a problem with a Swiss watch, then you need to look here.
I already went twice in three years. And here they sell cute antiques. I bought a pendulum clock.:)

This is a wonderful full service watch and clock shop. Anything from changing a battery in a cheap quartz watch to repairs on your Grandma's old cuckoo clock.

Bart runs a great shop. Swiss House is highly skilled and the level of quality of the repair corresponds with the length of time he takes with each project.
I feel very fortunate to have a clock repair shop of this caliber right here in Orlando. Bart has an extremely rare talent that is becoming near impossible to find.

I popped in for a watch battery replacement and the gentleman who helped me pointed out that my watch crystal had accumulated quite a bit of condensation. I followed his recommendation and for a small additional fee he serviced my watch and it looks and runs like brand new. Friendly people, fast service and took excellent care of me and my watch. Would recommend.

Exceptional knowledge and service. Conducted a battery repair, polish, and band replacement in under 10 minutes at a fair price. They will keep my business for the foreseeable future.

Bart took great care of an old watch that belonged to my girlfriends grandma. He thought an additional part was needed, but ended up not having to order the part. We would’ve been none the wiser. He chose to be honest, and not charge anything extra. Thanks Bart. You’re shop is great and your character shines bright

I took my Seth Thomas wall clock to him for repair. He questioned me where I bought then told me I should have known that Seth Thomas clocks last only 15 years and that they were out of business. However he could fix it for a $100. After about 15 minutes he said it was repaired, played it briefly and I'm sure he could see the look on my face as it rang "Clink, clunk, clunk. He said that was the best he could do. My new clockmaker explained Seth Thomas makes the wooden boxes, it's the German clockworks co that is out of business. My clock is better now than ever!

Brought in three watches. 2 I knew were fixable. The third, I had written off long ago. He was able to repair all three with ease and confidence, guaranteeing further endeavors, if and when needed! Thanks much, Swiss watch shop!

Took a 40 year old clock to Bart that hadn't work in at least 20 years. He managed to fix it in front of me and only charged me for the key he replaced. Professional and quick! Wasn't expecting that at all. Was expecting to drop it off and not hear back hear back for a while. Thank you Bart!?

Dropped of my cuckoo clock in April. Was told it would be ready in the middle of June. Called June 30, now I was told July. I then called the end of July and now was told August. I picked it up August 10. So it took 4 months for a tune up and cleaning. No parts were needed. I got home and hung it up then on the hour when it is suppose to cuckoo, it didn't, it did it 5 min past the hour. After working for 3 hrs, the bird got stuck out when it cuckoo and the clock stopped. I called and asked Bart for a full refund and he said nope, that's what a warranty is for. I replied you had it for 4 months and it only worked for 3 hrs. Then he accused me of breaking the clock and asked what did I do to it and told me to "go for it" when I said I would dispute his charge with my credit card company. I wouldn't recommend their place to anyone.

Update.just received a call from another shop that is fixing my cuckoo. I didn't tell them my situation and just asked them to fix my cuckoo. She asked me if I had worked on my clock since it was put together incorrectly. Swiss house reassembled my clock incorrectly, hence the reason it stopped working. Again stay away from this place apparently they don't know how to reassemble clocks correctly.

This watch maker knows his stuff. And he knew my daddy. He has gorgeous grand father clocks, mantel clocks even a coo-coo clocks for sale. Nice, clean, attractive store. He and his wife were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Recently looked in to have an antique pocket watch (over 120 years old) examined with a view to repair/restoration. The proprietor was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and his quotation for restoration work was extremely reasonable. The shop itself is something to behold! I would recommend this location for any timekeeping needs!

Bart serviced a Cartier desk clock, sold us a high-quality Art Deco period mantle clock, and came to our house to set-up two antique Viennese regulator wall clocks, shipped from Europe. Great service, knowledgable, and reasonable priced.

It's easy to see why Swiss House has a long and loyal following of customers.we're fortunate to be one of them

Dropped cookoo clock off in October for repair. Said 3 weeks to fix. I called in Dec and was told he was still working on it. Called in Feb and was told he couldn't get it to run for more than a minute which was the reason I brought it in. He called 2 weeks later and said he could not keep it running so he was going to order new workings. I said ok. I called beginning of April to see if parts came in yet. He said no. I showed up May 25 and picked it up. He never even looked at it in 8 months! Kept stringing me along. Very upset customer.
