7I live in Hidden Cove. I like the area. It is safe, quiet, friendly and affordable.
I do not live there but I've been there my Nana lives in there and I love it so much
The roads are narrow, this is a gated community. This is a mobile home park all doublewides their are ones for sale very nice community.alot to do there.there is a lake for fishing.
Visiting friends who bought a home there.well maintained, clean, friendly, laid back 55+ community. 2 pools, a lake, activities and a very close and friendly community. Very happy for our friends.they made a great choice and have no regrets.
I stayed with a resident friend at this community and was most impressed by the location, roads/infrastructure, including pool and clubhouse and all the independently owned or rented units were very nice and all quite different. The waterfront units are exceptional and we spotted much of the natural aquatic life as well. I will definitely add this to my list of favourites
Is a 55+ community. There is access to Lake Henry from the property but the alley way is very narrow. At the clubhouse there are 2 pools, putt putt course, horse shoe pits and shuffleboard all free to residents.
I don't have nothing negative to said about it because I never see this Village in person. We try to buy there, but surprise surprise.we didn't get approve for the community center (was a joke they run your back grown since you been born. (I think so) my husband has 1 driving ticket once in his life 25 years ego when he drive truck's.anyway they deny our application because of that, before us was 3 more people try to buy this house and been deny too.we rent houses and apartments in Florida for at list 20 years or so and we never has that problem. Now in another point of view is the owner of this house has 2 houses there and try to sale and he doesn't live in Florida He is Canadian, and of course they don't have to have a back round check like us. Is totally absurd. Well I believed in situation that if not for you is not for you. I was very disappointment but now I feel better.reading reviews about 55 older communities. Never ever going to buy in this kind of communities.
