10My experience today with Dr Zaffer was wonderful. The staff and Dr were both friendly and professional. The test was performed well, and he explained the procedure as everything happened. Definitely recommend his services.
Came in 15mins early as told Waited more than 30 minutes to go in to get the procedure done
Dr. Zaffer and his team were prompt and professional. They made me feel comfortable, explaining the procedure, answering all my questions. For a doctor visit, it was great! Also the Telecom Pkwy facility is clean, bright and easy to navigate with beautiful prints of iconic locations from around the world.
He & his staff were very friendly and professional. I enjoyed my visit with him. He was very personable.
Dr Zaffer was very knowledgeable, caring, funny, he took the time to explain step by step was he was doing. I was very comfortable while he was doing the procedure, he didn't rush, he let me know ahead of time when he was going to do something. I was. Very pleased with him. I recommend anybody that needs to get an ENG to go to him, you won't be disappointed. One more thing. He was on time. That was amazing. Thank you Dr Zaffer.

An excellent physician in every respect. Kind, carefully and skillfully performs an EMG. Minimal discomfort. Well versed, fully explains procedures, and excellent physician/patient rapport.
Dr Zaffer is a wonderful, caring doctor! He really tries to do his best to get rid of your pain. He does not want you to suffer.
The tests I had were done in an organized fashion with explanations given at every new test done.
