My case was being handled by Dawn. She lost "misplaced" my documentation THREE times and all with PERSONAL INFORMATION on those documents. She NEVER emailed me on my case unless I emailed her FIRST. And after TWO YEARS of waiting for an answer to my claim, I was denied.
