My son, Carson has greatly improved his math skills. He actually enjoys math now which I credit to Ms. Jade and Ms. AJ. They have been so helpful and easy to work with while connecting to Carson individually.

My son has been struggling in Algebra since the Covid pandemic. He missed out on quality instruction due to quarantining. Sylvan performed an placement assessment and is currently filling in his learning gaps. We couldn’t be more pleased with the one-on-one instruction he is receiving. It has dramatically improved his math skills and confidence!

I’m so happy I realized we had a sylvan center local to us. Mr. Patrick was extremely helpful and generous when he heard we couldn’t financially afford to get the assessment and worked with us by waiving the fees. I will be forever grateful for this as it has allowed us to get the information we need to help my daughter succeed on her reading adventures. The staff have all been super kind and welcoming as well.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Registration process was simple and easy. Adam was very helpful in answering of all our questions with no pressure to up-sell you. I noticed an improvement in my son’s phonics skills within the first week. I have high confidence in Sylvan in helping my 2nd grader master reading.

My son started Sylvan about 3 months ago. He had some weakness in language and reading. I can see an improvement. I would recommend Sylvan to anyone that has a child struggling or needs to strengthen an area in reading, math, writing or test taking.

I am so grateful for Sylvan. Covid impacted my child's learning significantly leaving major gaps in both language arts and math. Sylvan was able to create a curriculum specifically based on his needs to help fill in these gaps. The staff is absolutely amazing and truly care about your child success. My daughter absolutely loves her time spent at Sylvan of Gainesville. The tutors work so well with her, navigating around her ADHD. Mr Adam and Ms Kelly are nothing short of phenomenal and communication with me was always made a priority. Thank you to the entire team at Sylvan for everything you have done for my child!

I called and left a message about my son needing reading help. Director Adam Bates called me back within 24 hours and we set up a time for my son's assessment. On the day of the appt my son was tested and Mr. Bates went over the process and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He was upfront with prices so I could take time to think about the different financing options. After the assessment and initial paperwork (only 2 pages - super easy) we set up a time to come in and review the results. At that time he clearly and thoroughly explained the results which were in line with what I saw in my son. We went over the plan and schedule and got him enrolled that day. Super easy process and great experience.

I really feel like Sylvan has helped me within the short time that I've been in the program. I came into the program with the goal of preparing for the ACT math section and on a recent test I got a 27 on the section, when I started the program I got a 19 on the math section. I believe this is due not only to the practice but the environment of the center and the educators that teach there.

My daughters second day, she said mom I wish I knew my algebra work was this easy.the instructor explain the work to her and she was able to understand very quickly.

I cannot recommend this learning center enough. My son has struggled with reading for years. After only a few sessions he has become so comfortable he was reading to his 2nd grade class. He made his teacher cry! This update from his teacher made this investment in his future worth every penny. Thank you so much Adam for your help and guidance though the enrollment process.

My daughter has been going to the Sylvan Center for a few months now and she has exceeded so much in such a short amount of time. Her confidence in her reading has went up. They are really assuring here. Plus my daughter enjoys going.

Sylvan staff have been so welcoming and encouraging. Since coming back to "normalish" post covid, my son has been having problems in school. Sylvan has not only helped him academically, it also has helped boost his confidence. There are several times and days that you can schedule and can work around your plans. Great location! 10 / 10 would recommend.
