Best sysco I have been to, nice lady in reciving and guard too, got there at 8.25 am appt was for 9 am got a door and was out by 10

While others may have had a better experience, mine has been nothing short of horrible. My appt. Was for 7/22/18 at 19: 00. I arrived at 16: 15 on 7/22/18 and checked in with the guard shack. This took nearly 45 minutes for me and 3 other trucks.
Guards were just like any other facility that utilizes Securitas, very rude and condescending. I was directed to the staging area and told I would receive a phone call around my appt.time when a door was ready. I awoke at 03: 15 and had not been called to a door. Being as there is no way to contact anyone from Sysco directly other than through email, I checked back in with guard shack. The night guard was more polite but informed me that I was late and he would have to email the individual who handles appts and hopefully they would get to me sometime in the afternoon. I informed him I was not late that I had arrived almost 3 hours before my scheduled appt. Of course I was told nothing could be done.
Long story short it is now 21: 30 on 7/23/18 and after being told that I would be worked in all day I am still sitting here. I am now being told it was a glitch in THEIR system and my appt along with 6 other trucks have been bumped to 7/25/18 at 22: 00. I will update after I have finally been unloaded.

It's unfortunate how everyone's experience is different but first impression is an everlasting one.

I'm so angry at the way your department works. You think you can hold my truck hostage in your facility for over 15 hours from 05/23-05/24, refused to compensate me for time wasted because I was 30 minutes late for a delivery that was a result of your shipper in MO. You guys are so wrong and inconsiderate the way you treat truck drivers and have no compassion for anyone's time.if this was Fedex or UPS delivering to you all, would you hold their truck for 14 hours without compensation? I will make sure to put this company on my not to ever go to list. You all like to intimidate small businesses that are trying to survive, very wicked of your company that you keep my truck on standby and there's no way of communicating with you because you only accepts email request and no phone conversation. Your business practices is so unethical and immoral.

For the amount of work that the contracted cleaning company hired there wants you to do is way to much for 9.50 per hour plus you only get paid once a month, then they hold a month in the hole, so that means your first check doesn't come until after you done work there for two months. So if you start in June then you will not get paid until August.

Got here yesterday 5/22 @ 5: 45pm gaurd came and got me at 4: 45pm the next day got into the dock at 5pm here it is 9: 21pm. Not a dam person cares here I won't ever deliver to another dam sysco again. This is redicolus. They don't deserve one star with me.

Excellent place, overnight parking with restrooms. Fast unloading. Only negative is it's a long drive from the gate to the warehouse, not 1/2 mile.

Lots of truck parking for overnight. Very good unloading times. I like the people in the check in office as well.

If your a driver there is a no lumber fees. Pretty good at unloading. If your picking up a outbound Sysco warehouse transfer, always make sure to scale the load. They are very bad of making the tail extremely heavy and sometimes over gross.

Slow loading. Unorganized. Supposed to be a drop and hook. I was there for 6 hours. At least there is a huge waiting area outside of tje gate with bathroom access

Surprisingly great they have over night parking and they were very quick unloading me I love it.
