I feel terrible I can’t think of specific names of everyone who’s helped me at this location, but they were super informative and helpful with the best deals for new lines, new phones, upgrades, etc. Informed me about the features of the family sharing and the parental controls you can set up. I just love T Mobile anyway, but if you want an honest rep to help you and not just worry about their commission- go here!

Alyssa is absolutely amazing. She helped my husband and I get out plan started and transferred everything with ease. She explained everything so I understood and I am happy with the new service. I will always come back for you! Great job

Ms. Alyssa was very professional and accommodating. She helped me resolve a difficult issue with my Samsung Gear S3 smartwatch. This is the worst experience I had so far. Went in for the $1000 trade in. Alyssa set this up and surprise: they don’t give the a $1000 credit but only 500! When you call the customer service, they are telling you it’s totally normal. I confronted her and told me it’s written on the sheets she gave me but it’s not. Instead of admitting she is wrong, she would make the customer feel dumb. Liar! They lie in stores, so be aware and I’m stuck in a 24 months contract.

Store smells extra clean! They are practicing social distancing for sure. Line markers for where to stand. They all have on masks. And they are making sure only to allow a certain amount of people in at a time. I’m impressed! The employees were super knowledgeable and very friendly!

Kadeem went above and beyond to help us solve an issue with my phone and account. He was extremely helpful and took great care of us. Great costumer experience.

The day that you have to go to the store to get something done on your phone is always a dreaded day. At least it used to be for me! But I have been fortunate enough to find a place that always gets me in and out with no issues. My mobile expert was Josh and I usually deal with him whenever I have to make my way to the store. He always has an answer for any questions that I have and is so patient with me because I am not the most tech savvy. I am so happy that I found this location because I would be completely lost without it and Josh! Such amazing service!

Last night my galaxy S9 phone betrayed me! Somehow my voice access of the phone was turned on which is for the hearing impaired bixby while I thought was safely under lock and key reared her ugly head and as if listening to an argument between two people the two computer systems were fighting each other it's funny now not then my phone went into complete lockdown this morning I walked into T-Mobile the assistant manager was absolutely amazing he realized pretty quickly what was wrong and he had the patience to work it all out I am so grateful for that store that assistant manager (who's name I can't remember) this is my only go to T-Mobile store they have taken care of me since the day they have opened and I've been a T-Mobile customer for 22 years thank you thank you thank you.

My family has been so pleased with T-mobile's service.especially the customer service. It never feels like a chore to go to the store to get help with our phones or service. Most recently we upgraded two phones. Marco was knowledgeable and courteous. This was a multi-day event since the new phones were not in stock. He made sure we got all our data transferred and knew exactly how to return the trade in phones. I highly recommend this store and Marco in particular.
