Horrible customer service they clearly need to train their employees much better and they do care about the clients needs.

Bad customer experience at this location. Avoid ruining your day and go to a different store.

This review is 100% about this store and more specifically its staff, not all of them. Second time here, and I experienced extremely bad customer service. First time, they added a bunch of services such as insurance that I never agreed on. T-Mobile central helped me to remove them. Second time, they didn’t want to honor a current promotion as they wanted me to add one more line when it was not necessary per the offer’s terms and conditions. T-Mobile central helped me with the order over the phone.

This store really needs strong customer service training for its staff or revamping because customer satisfaction is bottom low. They don’t have good manners to talk to a customer and they don’t care about the customer experience but only about how many lines they can activate.

Store is clean and modern. The issue here is the staff of the store which doesn’t represent the great customer service T-Mobile offers.

Avoid having a bad time and go to another T-Mobile location where they really value your experience as a customer.

Terrible service at this store. Ordered an iPhone 12 Pro Max with these people and they didn’t have the 128 GB. So they ordered it through UPS. It’s been a week since UPS tried to deliver to them but the store was closed when they made their first attempt. They had to contact the company. Now they say the phone’s not their responsibility but mine, since I got to select to have it delivered to them. Had I known this wasn’t something they could control from the very beginning I would have had it delivered to myself, but they weren’t very clear on the matter. They change the due date every single time we show up. The phone has been paid for and everything. My old T-Mobile store would’ve never had this many issues. Incredible disappointment and lack of professionalism from these workers, not much else to say. Any more stories and (I really HATE to be that person) I will be suing.

Service was great, very attentive staff.they set up my sister's phone, they transferred all her material over to the new phone, which took over 2hrs. But they did it, they were very patient with thousands upon thousands of pictures and video to transfer.great store, thank you tmobile

Hello. Went there after work to see what options I have to fix my phone. There where 2 girls outside both white causician ladies the reason I say it like that is because I felt none of the girls wanted to help me out. They didnt seem interested in finding a solutions for me to be honest. They told me step back pass the stairs like if I was some type of homeless guy or something terrible experiences really bad customer services. I was talking to them in english and they would talk to themselves in spanish im latin so i knw what they where saying but super rude females! My experience and opinion.

Outstanding staff and Managers. I recommend this place and especially encourage all Military Active, veterans, retired and Dependents to check them out or any T-mobile for a great Plan and service. I especially recommend this location for the outstanding customer service and also the support for the Military/Veterans. Keep up the good work to all at this location and God Blessed.

Amazing service. I went in with my phone giving me many issues and was very upset about receiving a used phone. Angela and the manager Massi helped me. Phone has not given me any issues and I’ll be making this my go to store. Keep up the great work.
