I came into the store because customer service over the phone (though they were very professional) was unable to fix my SIM issue. When I walked in, Benji, Ray and Diego were all ready to assist. The staff in this store were knowledgeable, kind, and also funny! Lol They fixed my issue in 2 minutes and I was on my way! Thanks guys for an awesome, headache-free experience?

It's not the store I'm aerated with its the stupid network I can't do simple things on my phone without seeing network error and I'm having full bars and my phone doesn't need any updates this is ridiculous

Danish and Ernicas are truly the "pros from Dover" They troubleshot my problem going the extra mile to make sure everything was working. Not just my phone but the other two phones on the account. They deserve a "corporate atta boy"

I've been in an out of multiple Tmobile locations including this one. Yesterday on my way in as a gentlemen was walking out. He stands outside the door. Proceeds to inform me that I can not enter without a mask. Directed me to winn Dixie to ask them for one. I just needed to return a watch on a order that should of never been sent to me. Before they charged me for something I did not want or need. I also called prior to heading out. I was never told to wear one before at that store or any other location. Definitely will be avoiding this location as well. Too many screw ups and consistent problems with no ending resolution.

The lady is very nice and helpful with me about the bills. I am deaf guy. At Normandy Blvd. Also she is good explaining to me about everything. I really appreciate her. I keep in touch with her

Omg I highly recommend his location! If you go you must must see Diego! He is Awesome, I went to get my screen fixed. Ended up upgrade an getting a watch lol! He is definitely my new bestie lol tell him Daisha sent you! Honestly this whole store is awesome an everyone is so friendly and loves to joke around lol.

Got the phone fixed within 2 hours and answered all questions promptly. Cody in Normandy Blvd Store in Jax Fl was excellent.

For a repair center they sure were incompetent in fixing my device. The rep immediately was not interested in helping me unlock my device because he was not going to make a sale. He was rude and compt an attitude when I asked him to call customer care as instructed by their manager. He stated he wasn’t able to call their companies 1 800 number. He called a dummy line that was a two hour wait and he took off to the back room. I used my tmobile chat which I got a rep immediately who ran the employee around and ultimately “esc” to the unlock team who never contacted me back. They refuse to unlock my device and lied repeatedly about getting a unlock team to call me back. It’s been two weeks and two “manager” escalations. T-mobile is a bunch of scam artist that can shove their service down their throats.

Walked in just to get my 11 turned back on but got an offer on the new iPhone 12 that I couldn’t refuse, ended up being the easiest phone switch I’ve ever had to do, employee of the month should go to Kyle Leon! I’m super happy with my new phone as well as the service I received from Kyle!

Went to ask about upgrades for my phone on our Sprint line that we've had for several years. Was talked into an upgrade that they did not disclose was for a phone I'd never pay off and asked to not proceed. They explained that because we paid off our phones we weren't eligible for any upgrades. I asked for a refund and to keep my current phone and when I left the store was told that they'd process the refund. I then discover that they cancelled my line altogether. I had to go back back twice in order to get my line restored with no one being able to explain how this happened. Now I've discovered that of the $180.89 charged to my account, they only refunded $159.49 and told me they cannot explain how they skimmed $21.50 off the refund. They seem like friendly enough guys but this is quickly becoming one of the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Go to a different store or better yet, a different provider. I know I'm seriously considering cancelling altogether due to having to wait until Friday to go on trip #4 to this store because they skimmed $21.50 off the refund for an interaction where I never wanted to be high pressured into "buying" a phone with no applicable deals available. Just an awful experience.

Love this location Always good service.
My phone kept acting up and would not charge. Ray helped me get a replacement and Diago helped me set it up. Both were professional and helped me in a timely manner.
