I am extremely pleased with the service I always get when I visit this store. Shannon is the representative who always helps me and she's super professional! Every time I had needed assistance with anything, she's eager to help and find the solution for me. She's very courteous and always available in person, phone or text. I'm so glad I found her! Thank you Shannon for always going the extra mile and provide an excellent customer service!

I am extremely happy with the service I got there. I have been living near by for two years now and there is not one time I walk in and I walk out happy. Mike always helps me with the best deals. He is super professional. He has even helped my parents out and they don't even speak english. I am extremely happy with the overall service

T-mobile is okay. Yes the people are friendly and helpful, but in the end they are trying to make a sale. Do your own research and ask in depth questions. They told me I would get ~$300 for trading in my phone. I received $68 although the condition is considered good- which is the cost of a screen replacement that they sometimes recommend to customers. This is not the first time. In the past they said I had a promotion for "free" headphones.which later appeared as charges on monthly bills. This goes for every location. If it's too good to be true, it's probably not true.

They were great at helping with the problem. However, I was concerned that they all crowded around customers. Social distancing should be better.

Mariel was extremely patient and worked hard to solve a problem that was difficult to solve due to the unwillingness of Sprint staff to transfer the account to T-Mobile. Thanks Mariel for all your help!

This people that work in this place are so nice and so helpful. I've gone to a different store where there rude and just want you in and out, but this one, there so nice and so helpful and take there time to help you. I highly recommend this T-Mobile. The customer service is absolutely beautiful.

I had a chance to work with Luis at this location, though I am sure all of the staff would have been very helpful. Luis was super helpful, and patient in helping me set up my phone and answer all of my questions and show me what I needed. This is by far one of the best T-mobile stores out in Miami recently bought a new iPhone XR from Michael and it was great he made feel like home and very welcomed the phone works great and was very honest will come back anytime and highly recommend this location!
