- I usually come here and for the most part is an in and out visit 15 mins wait at most and i have NEVER been asked for my ID for nothing, screen protector replacement, questions about billing nothing NOTHING! Well i come in today having an amazing day, my screen protector cracked and so did my screen i get checked in by the GM all nice pulled up my account by just giving him my first and last NO ID REQUIRED FOR THAT! Answers my questions then i decided to upgrade my smart watch and well i was seated waiting for an available person to care for me because GM had to make sure everything was running smoothly as he should but i waited 45 mins to get taken care of to be told my upgrade couldn't be done without my ID when i have never been asked for previously. Needless to say my visit here today was a darn waste of time and aggravating.

Today we came with so much doubts and frustration, but thankfully we got served by Juan P.really a gentlemen and dedicated to his job, he was patient and help us with everything, my mom was more than happy with him for being so helpful, he really knows how to treat a customer Thank You.

Customer service wasn’t very good. Walk in no hello just, ” what’s your name so I can put you on que. ” then I get a guy who looks at me and seems to make the assessment that I’m probably not there to get a phone but waste his time with questions about promotions. And doesn’t really try to offer me anything but one phone and then left me to think and never came back to follow up. I’ve sold phones for 4 years right out of colleges and I would have never let someone walk out without following up and trying to figure out a way to get something in thr budget of that customer. Maybe they don’t get commission there and if so I get it but geez. I could have been easily sold with little effort but instead they let me walk out without following up.

Love this store! Bruce was amazing and continued to stay late with us just to go above and beyond to help us with an iPhone issue. Sometimes there is a wait but the staff always makes up for it with their service and excellence

Went into the store with a phone puchase in mind, had Amira "attempt" to help me and had a really bad, negative with experience with her, she was very rude and condescending. Needless to say, I will never return to this location again!

Probably THE most innefficient T-mobile store I've been in. For the hour I sat in the lobby, the staff of 4 was able to finish with 2 customers. Instead of assisting other customers while waiting for things like data transfer, small talk consumed their time. In fact, one of the staff intentionally continued a conversation 15 minutes after completing his phone setup so as to run down the clock on his shift. As soon as 8pm arrived, he abrubtly ended the convo and left. There was essentially zero sense of urgency.

My third time in to this store for the same issue I didn't have high expectations due to the lack of customer service previously had at the location. Today, I was AMAZED by the effort that Zane put in to get my issue resolved. He spent hours on the phone and computer trying to come up with ways to resolve my issue even though other customers were waiting. He did not rush or give up and made me feel like I was a valued customer. Zane is a great asset to T-mobile and they should treat him as such. Thank you Zane for your help and great customer service.

Recently switched to T-Mobile and had a few issues with texting. Talked to text support for over an hour with no resolution. Went to this location (waited about 30 minutes because they were busy) and Michael was able to fix the issue in less than 5 minutes! He's amazing! Super friendly! I would say this guy deserves a raise!

This is a corporate store and there is a difference. Service and professionalism is much better than a franchise store. You don't feel pressured. Staff was very friendly and atmosphere relaxing.

We visited this store on 10/16, and interacted with someone named Paul. My elderly aunt was recently added to my plan, and had grave concerns about the security of her phone. Paul was dismissive of her concerns, and reacted with a laugh and wink. He then suggested it was a police matter, without answering her specific questions about the security of her iPhone. While I understand her questions were likely out of the ordinary, or not within his field of expertise, the situation was handled with complete disregard for her concern for her safety. Paul gave us the impression that he was not interested in selling my elderly aunt a new phone, at her request. We left and went to a different store where we were treated with courtesy and respect, and assisted with ordering a phone that would help my aunt feel more secure. Our customer service experience at this location did not meet the standards I have experienced as a T-Mobile customer for many years.

Horrible experience. We dealt with leray and there was so much misinformation. And both the transactions that we did with her were totally messed up after she did them. After countless hours on the line with customer service we were informed that pretty much everything that she told us was misinformation. Definitely would not recommend this place. They messed up 3 times within 3 years here.

Worst customer service in the little assistant manager or whoever her name is she is short and black curly hair has the worst attitude. Don’t bother coming to this location because you won’t be helped or get any problems you have resolve when that’s literally their job.

We had an amazing experience there! Robyn Glowataky is truly great at her job! She’s friendly and kind as well as very knowledgeable. She gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. As well as helping us find a deal we wouldn’t have known about! Our entire visit to T-mobile on Ridge & Little in Port Richey is definitely rated 10out of 10 Stars! Thank you to the whole staff for giving the store happy, relaxed, and chill vibe! It’s much appreciated!

I was graced with the opportunity to work with the wonderful Juan today. He was an outstanding employee who was able help with all of my needs. He was patient, kind, and made great conversation. He also deserves a raise.
