Avoid this place and Tmobile altogether! Terrible service all around, I went for an Upgrade and they added a line and insurance to my bill without even ask, be aware! Once I went back to the store to solve it, I got attitude from one of the reps (Dan) instead of assistance. They need to retrain the whole crew there if they want to offer good service. The manager seems nice, but she can’t do it with people that don’t want to do what they are being paid to do!

The Assistant Manager Sailin professionally helped me get a phone and plan. Thank you. On the other hand, her employee Daniel (Danny), was unbelievably rude when I simply asked about parking. He interrupted me and became, surly, aggressive and insulting when I shared my unhappiness about him with Sailin. Danny has no business working in retail.

10/10 7 pm, asked about trading in 2 XRs for 14 Pro, told about 10 min wait. OK.
Battery was dying and the Manager just waived over to a side where he said I could charge it, instead of walking the 15 feet. Didn’t charge on the Mophie, no cables, no contact for 10 min.

I left, and will probably end up going to Verizon. T mobile service/connection has been terrible for 3 years.

I’ll spend the $1,200 on 2 phones somewhere else. Apple TV isn’t really that great as a throw in benefit anyway.

Just went there it says online that they close at 8pm and at the door of the store says closes at 6pm and the workers still inside even tho it’s 6: 20pm also that they updated them hours 4 days ago.

It’s by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a store, (Aug 31st around 5 pm).

I was dealing with troubles with some of my lines, and this “gentleman” (whose name I don’t remember but has long hair and glasses) was super rude. I asked for a sim card replacement and he threw the new sim card on the table instead of taking the time of giving it to me, I smiled as his coworker was surprised for his rude behavior and this guy tells me: “is there something funny? What is so funny, huh? ” With a really aggressive attitude, I told him that even though they’re not a customer service store they should at least provide me with the best options or channels to solve my problem, at which he answered: “Is that it? ” And left me with the sim cards all over the place and having to guess which one was the new one I asked for. By far most unprofessional and unpleasant experience I’ve ever had, and a really bad image to T Mobile in general.

Roy was pretty unfriendly to the point of cold, like he was beneath this. Could not muster up a smile or a hello. Sold me the wrong case and when I had to go back into the depressing store ten minutes after leaving continued to insist it was the correct one even though it didn’t work. Equally had to ask 3 x what he adjusted on my new phone so I wouldn’t have to go through this in person experience again. I was not asking for the secret to his magic trick. Spoke to me like I’d busted my way into the US illegally too. Won’t be going back.

I broke my phone and Christian was very patient and helped me tremendously. I got a new phone and even though the screen was severely cracked he was able to transfer my information. Thank you.

Employees very helpful and nice, but I had to wait 40+ minutes to be addressed. Store feels full with only 3 customers inside, not enough workers to deal with the amount of people that came into the store. Not enough seats. Sunday.

I never wanted to write a bad review about my experience. I do not want to say thing when bad things happened to you, but unfortunately this time they got met. I went to have a new line, because on TV they advertise they are the best network, I am not sure anymore. I talked with one of the sales representative and they totally lie to me. They activated a line for $30.00 with a new phone and after 7 days I got a bill for $91.72. Even after I told the guy that I cannot afford to pay that quantity of money. Also, he didn't explain that I have 14 days to return the phone. And also, he didn't explain that I was paying for a phone that supposed to be mine. I am very sorry but this is not the way to do customer service. If I as a customer I told clearly what I need and I was sure I was getting it, why they lie to me? Today I have a phone that I need to pay. I cannot return. And a bill almost $200.00 that I cannot pay. If you consider your company as the best one on TV, I am not really sure anymore. For things like this Big companies are almost out of business. Thanks very much really. I hope you can make it today.

Horrible experience! Tell you one thing, then you receive your bill and are totally surprised. I go back to store to try to rectify it, they tell me the sales person who helped me is no longer there, “he was trying to just get a sale “.

Amazing customer service! I was just helped by Mari on preordering my iPhone. Mari was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. She answered all my questions and walked me through all the steps. Highly recommended!

I usually don't go out of my way to write reviews but I couldn't just leave this store without sharing my amazing experience Monica helped me pick out a new phone the other day after my phone had gotten ran over and I've never been happier with it im always going to be coming back here from now on thank you t-mobile for going above and beyond for me!
