I came into this store needing to do an upgrade and Luis helped me not only for the upgrade but also with my plan AND accessories. He was so great, positive, and extremely helpful. I will come back to this location just for him.
Horrible customer service and employees at the store don't know what they are doing. Not even worth the manager credit I received.
Well I'll tell what I liked. There wasn't a lot of people there. There's nothing that I hate most than having wait to see someone. So that's what I can say was my favorite thing about the store. It's not hard to find since it faces a main road.
The worse customer service ever! I went there and the guy who take care of me! Looks like he hates his job. Everything I was telling him the only thing he was doing was giving a negative response and didn’t help me! Plus if you hate your job why? U working here at to mobile! Horrible
Walked in and needed to look up info on my phone in order for the rep to assist me because apparently they need more than just your name to find your account, so I had to find my old number. The cx service rep didn’t even let me look for it for 60secs before he moved on to the next cx. I found the information and as soon as I put T-Mobile in the search bar so had he just waited he could’ve serviced me right then. I felt the vibe and I left. Customer service here is trash

I was there to make a payment of 260 $ in cash then when i Leave the branch it said i only paid 160 thats why he was insisting of sending receipt to my phone which he never Did!
Do not trust the employees there!
I went to Tmobile and the rep Ceci was not nice. She acted as if she did not want to take care of me buying a new phone. She was low energy nonchalant and paid me no attention. My friend was also upset with her service and how she treated us. She didn't even saying "thank you" or have a "nice day". Not even a "welcome to tmobile" had zero manners at all.
Everyone is happy & willing to help you with any questions you may have about any item in the store or even with questions or issues with your current product & service. Amazing team work!
The staff at this location is super friendly and super helpful. I came in and they made me feel at home. I am from New York visiting and I wouldn’t recommend any other store. Agustin and Gina and James are best.
Awful customer service, nobody seemed to be interested in helping me or in what I was talking about. Very poor explanations about the plans and hardly answered my questions. I won't go there again
A couple of days ago I was in this store and a girl named georgina treated me very badly, she was rude, uneducated, starting with the greeting, I asked about some products and the answer was no, go to another store, actually it is not the First time this girl is rude, the first time we tolerate it, but this second time it is unacceptable, on the contrary, I must congratulate Ceci for excellent attention, polite and attentive.
The worst customer service imaginable. Please go to the one in brickell nearby instead. Far more knowledgeable and at least give an effort. At this location they do everything in their power to not have to assist you/get you out of the store. On one occasion they literally convinced me not to get a plan so they didn’t have to help me. Both occasions they didn’t know an answer to a single question I asked. Lazy staff.
Horrendous customer service coupled with incompetent staff had me going to another store. Staff clearly not trained properly on basic operations. Couldn’t even get a simple family plan set up correctly.
