18HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! 4 employees there and only two attending clients. I’ve been there for 20 min and no one showed up to help us out. One of the employees was cleaning the tables. Really?
Our Mobile Expert Benny was exceptional! He juggled multiple customers without a lag in service. He set up 4 new devices for us while handling other customers with varying needs and concerns. Incredible service professional and a genuine pleasure to work with.
Horrible service from the short stubby guy behind the counter I purchased my iPhone came in the mail this individual refused to put on the screen protector because I ordered it online
Monday evening. Waited 40 minutes for service. Ended up leaving. Looks to be understaffed.
The service at this store is terrible. I purchased a cellphone there and they put a protection on my plan that I did say I do not want it, expending I do not realize about it. I went to buy another phone then and the guy had a bad attitude and he did not want to help at all. I would recommend going to another store.
My husband went to open an account for me him and our brokerage firm and we're racially discriminated against and denied product due to LAST name not being on card. Yet had his business on it and first name he could have easily verified. Worst experience contacting bbb
Jaime was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. The guy really knows what he’s doing and he’s a great salesman to deal with! His personality was magnetic and it gave my family and I a great sense of ease. My family and I will continue coming to this location from now on. We recently visited the Lake Nona location after visiting a store at the Florida Mall near their food court where we were treated very badly and Jaime was helpful in explaining the promotions we had signed up for and took the time to even help us transfer my wife’s information to her new iPhone which included pictures and videos of our kids which were irreplaceable to us. Kuddos to him and the helpful staff. I highly recommend this store!
Terrible customer service. We went twice the same day and they didn't know how to help us with the phone.
Waited 30 minutes to be told the the online people left out info and that they don't have phones
Stopped in T Mobile, Lake Nona this evening. The three assistants were busy and there were a lot of customers waiting. Picked out what I needed and waited in line. Two people jumped the line, okay, I waited a little longer and a woman came in the store and they took her right up to the counter because "she was a previous customer" I voiced my objection then I placed my three to be purchases on the counter and left. Tomorrow I will go to Verizon and buy my stuff. Disappointed.
The customer service at this store is an absolute shame. I recently 3 months ago purchased the new Samsung Z flip and the sides os the screen is lifting and and the screen is creasing and cracking in the middle where the fold is. I went to the store about 1 week ago and they told me I would have to call Samsung directly. I proceed to call Samsung and they told me to go back to the store and tell them to do an warranty exchange, the associated proceeded to call the manager and he was super rude and said that ghe would absolutely not put the claim in. I went to another store and had them file the warranty exchange there. Save yourself the stress and don't purchase from this store.

I need prepaid numbers and they attend to me right away. No fluff, no offers, just the things i requested and need. Waited 5 minutes, paid and go. Super quick service, they should be proud. The place is really clean and taken care of as well.
It's the 2nd.time we visit this store. This time we decided on our choices and were ready to do business. We asked if the associate could wear a mask like the Manager was using. The associate said he would not wear one for us, and the Manager, who was masked, said that he would not service us because he only managed the floor and that he does not work with the clients, which is not true, since he was servicing another client before us and inputting something in that customer's phone.
Excellent Service - We transferred 4 phones & 2 tablets to T-Mobile from Verizon. Javier transferred our service & set up our phones & tablets. He was very helpful. He is an excellent representative for his company.
I give a 5 star for the services I’ve received from Javier. He’s my T-Mobile guy. He’s been taking care of me for the past 4 years. Every where he goes im there. Thank you for your great customer service. I will continue to choose T-Mobile as my phone carrier. Thank you again!
Once you are being helped, the service is good. The problem is getting helped. They don't answer the phone. When I went in person, they said it would be 30 - 45 minutes. 55 minutes later I was still waiting and had to leave. This store is seriously understaffed and/or the staffing level management is seriously broken. Having only 2 employees for 10: 00 AM on a weekday morning is unacceptable.
This is the second time coming to the store. The fist time was a bit complicated with the movement of lines from Verizon. Camilla at the store was excellent! Patient and very knowledgeable.
