I was very disappointed with my purchase of an apple watch via a promotion this store was running. When I got my bill a few days later the amount being charge for the watch over the 24 month period was more than the actual cost of the watch despite being told at the store that it was a "free" watch and that all I had to pay was the taxes and activation. To top it all off Craig, the store manager, added a protection plan for the watch which I didn't ask for and which wasn't needed to qualify for the promotion. This store and the manager themselves should be ashamed of misleading customers in their promotions and adding on things the customers aren't asking for. I'll never purchase a phone, watch or anything else for that matter as a promotion from Tmobile ever again. Lesson learned.

1. Rejected phone protection plan and still shows up in the first bill for 2 lines, which was $38/month.

2. Set up new family account and the staff didn't ask Essentil, Magenta or Magenta Max. They signed me up for Magenta Max without asking. That's a $30/month difference.

Of course I need to call to cancel the protection plan and downgrade to Magenta to waste my time, the customer service's time and the staff in store's time.

I could've paid an extra $68/month if I didn't check my first bill.

The on-site service was horrible.

We went in today to upgrade and get new smart watchea and issac who helps us and he was amazing he was so detailed and help us make sure we got.the nest deals! Highly recommended this store and ask for issac

Charles and Ana expertly helped me navigate a somewhat complicated transition from another carrier to T-Mobile. Identifying best plan for me, phone upgrades, etc. Given that I am not tech savvy at all, their assistance (and patience) was invaluable. In my opinion, they are a great credit to T-Mobile.

Store associate ana and workers that was there was super friendly and knowledgeable and helpful by guiding me for my upgrades the store was also very clean

Had a guy help me out when I needed a new phone once I came in the store charlie was excited to help me get a better plan and a new phone for a lot less than other companies

I’m not usually the type to write reviews but I felt this one was necessary. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by an employee named Charlie. He was great at communicating and helped me find the phone that worked best for me. I have never been to a store and met an employee with better customer service skills. 10/10 would recommend.

I usually don’t write reviews but i would feel bad if it didn’t.the customer service at this location was beyond good.everyone was extremely friendly and helped me get the plan i needed.the guy who helped me was named Charlie and honestly he made my day with his banter. 10/10 would buy another phone again

I stopped in just for a new SIM card & really needed some help on new phone being I had just recently switched from Android to IPhone so I was confused & totally frustrated on how to use it. I didn’t buy the phone at that location but I wish I had because Sheika took her time explaining to me me just how to use my new IPhone! She had me totally excited about this new toy & literally showed me all the beautiful features! Thank you SHEIKA! Although I do not live in that area I will be returning to purchase some of my IPhone necessities!

Went to 2 different locations and they could not help me. I'm a sprint customer and ever since tmobile bought the company it has been a nightmare. THIS STORE WAS ABLE TO HELP ME WITH MY SITUATION. The managers were patient, informative and absolutely made sure I walked out with a smile. Thank you guys

Best service i’ve gotten in a while. The representatives in the store were all helpful and made sure all my info was on my new phone before I left the store. I had a million questions about my new phone being that i’m not techy at all. Ana patiently answered all of my questions. Visit them!

Terrible customer service at this location. The entire staff helping a single customer while 4 others wait to speak and not even get their issue triaged by an agent. Basically, you have to wait for an hour or more and you don’t even know if the agent at the location can help you with the issue. This location is absolutely out of control. Customers getting angry over slow service. Bottom line go somewhere else.

If I could give Johnathon 20 stars I would. I was so unhappy with an issue that came up, I went into the Marsh Landing location to end my service with T-mobile. I've been with this company for over 21 years. Jonathon assured me that he would resolve the issue and wouldn't give up until he did. He DID resolve the issue!
The back of a company is only as strong as the front end of the company. Johnathon literally saved this account. This man is a professional who takes great pride in his career and T-mobile is lucky to have him.
