10Had to go get a new phone for hubby because his screen fried in Belize. It was about a 45 minute wait because there was only 2 people working that day.
Naomi was really helpful today when i went to go buy my iphone 14 most definitely coming back to that store.very professional and communication was spot on.
They sold me a promotion that never exist in the system! One month later i figured out in the bill and contact support line and guess what … promotion never exist

Yader and Nomi were so patient and super helpful! Imagine two people from out of state roll in suitcases and one has a broken phone and needs to switch carriers.
They dealt with the nightmare of trying to get my number ported from Verizon and set me up with an awesome new phone with plenty of time to make our flight still.

I went to this store to buy a phone, but I left without it because the manager wanted to force me to buy a warranty protection plan, without it I couldn’t take the phone, I walked away because I knew that wasn’t right, before going to the store I try to buy online at T-Mobile, and they give you the option to skip that plan, I call another store and the sold me the phone with forcing me to buy that warranty, at that store they told me that that warranty is up to the customer if he wanted or not, which it always has been in my 5 years with t-mobile.
