I wish zero stars was an option. Customer Service does NOT exist at this location. They will definitely ho the extra mile to be as rude as possible.
Save yourself the headache and make the drive to a different location.

Never again be a T-Mobile customer. Customer service almost as bad as century link. Phone service not great for prices. Pain to have service switched and keep your phone even when willing to pay off devices.

I have never witnessed such complete incompetence in my life. Couldn't get a line added today. Wasted hours of my time on the phone yesterday just for them to tell me to go to the store because of some errors. Then, the people at the store said only corporate could help. The manager on duty said he hates corporate. That's encouraging.

James was very helpful but the phones we wanted weren't in the store. They were to be shipped to our home within two days. What we received was 2 children's watches. We took them back to T Mobile and they reordered the phones but we had to ship the watches back. That required us going to a shipping store and standing in line to fix T Mobiles mistake.

After multiple hours and many people on the phone refused to let me talk to a supervisor multiple warrenty exchanges and our phone still don't work can't make or receive phone calls have to restart them every time we need to make a call been a t mobile customer for 10+years we pay for 5 phones plus protection plans I didn't mind paying more then what other company's charge because of there customer service but that's not the case anymore it's one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had this was all on the phone with customer service but the employees at this location are very nice and knowledgeable but they can only do so much if it wasn't for drama and jazz I would of already left t mobile but sorry to say have no choice but to switch providers because t mobile will not honor or back there products

Went to this location cuz my usual store near my home had a note posted that they moved to this location.didn't get ANY help here at all.apparently they only do sales.was told to call 611.no indication whether or not there's still a local TMobile store that does more than just sales.

Normally don't leave reviews because i know that working in customer service can be exhausting, but staff was so unprofessional. Visited on on 08/07/22, James (i think that's his name), Andy, and another girl were working. Walked in and the girl was vaping in the store openly while multiple customers were in the store. All three associates were completely unprofessional, throwing things at each other, joking about quitting, banging things on the desk, joking about wanted things in the store to catch on fire while they were trying to help us.the guy that was attempting to help us was not paying attention to what the phone was asking at all, telling me completely wrong instructions. Don't visit this location if you actually need help!

UPDATE: have now spend at least two hours on the phone with T-mobile trying to fix the mistakes that James made because he was too busy playing around with his co-workers to listen to what i actually needed help with.

July 3,2022, I went in store to have phone checked, wasn't working right. Started working with a girl to get worked out and was interrupted by male, I'm assuming was the manager talking about his $300.worth of fireworks he bought and put on Facebook, not the $200.he had posted. He was Rude, Arrogant and Mocked me for wanting a palm tree for wallpaper. What an a$$hole. I than left and went to another T-Moble and was told by Cameron the phone was bad. Bought new phone. Now I'm out $300.on a phone that's 4 months old and don't have a receipt.
Update: Tried to e-mail owner for that chat from an rbprice1$%&# address on laptop without response.
Update: A month later, tried to chat with owner, he doesn't care either, heard nothing from him!

My husband brought me to the store to get an upgrade for my birthday, he had been there earlier and James helped him. The other guys working there were really nice and friendly. Both James and Coleman (I believe his name was) were super helpful and nice.

Mean girls club.
Stood there for 15 minutes watching the 2 girls fool around, then very unprofessionally tell me they have no phones available.

Waste of time. If store owner or manager reads this, reach out please.

William and Andy did a great job of taking care of some issues on our account. It was challenging but they got it done. They also had many promotions to take advantage of so we got upgraded phones and smart watches on a great deal. Thanks again for helping us out and going the extra mile!

WHENT THER TO UP GRADE MY CELL PHONE AND CHANGE FROM SPRINT TO T-MOBLE, WAS TOLD BY THE MANAGER THE DAY BEFORE THAT I COULD AND QUTED ME PRICES, COME IN AND WE CAN TAKE CARE. NOT SO, I WAS TOLD I DIDN'T QUALIFY FOR A PHONE PROMOTION AND I WOULD HAVE TO STAY ON SPRINTS BILLING, TOLD ONE THING AND WHEN I WAS THERE ANOTHER. VERY DISSAPOINTIG, WILL STAY WITH SPRINT AND WILL BUY THE PHONE AT A PROMOTIONAL PRICE. CLERK WAS NOT VERY FRIENDLY,

The staff here made our day! The assistant manager and Juliette, who helped us were both very efficient and helpful. Our upgrades went without any issues, but while we were there we did hear some other customers who came in to get issues resolved. The assistant manager was calm, assertive and very supportive of the customer's needs. Great experience, time for some raises I think!

I needed a new phone, Amberle at the T moble store helped me with all my needs. She transferred all my information to my new phone, and helped me install email etc.when I was having problems myself doing it right.
She is very patient and friendly. Highly recommend this store
