The staff at this store is always pleasant and helpful. Stopped In shortly after they opened and didn’t have to wait to speak to anyone.

I went to changed my screen protector and two guys in the store one great me and the other just talking to the one is going to changed my screen protector the guy put my screen protector but it got bubbles and is not right on but is ok wouldn’t go again to that store for nothing two times is enough and the experience was nasty I might have to drive but o will go to cape voral or homestead Fl the best

My husband and I visited t-mobile store #4344 on 02/22/22 to purchase a new iPhone because my husbands’s iPhone 6 had ceased working because the screen no longer allowed him to access his phone. We purchased an iPhone 13 Mini under the impression that his data could be transferred over. Unfortunately he had not backed up his data into the cloud and so sales rep #****071 informed us that he was not able to help us with that and we would have to go to the Apple store for help and that Apple would be able to “plug” the phone in and retrieve the data.
We went to Apple straight from T-mobile and at the genius bar they informed us that that was incorrect information. We replaced the screen and added more iCloud space and backed up the iPhone 6.
In the meantime my husband was using the new iPhone 13 but was uncomfortable with the swiping feature.
So on 02/27/22 he returned the phone to store #4344 hoping to purchase the Apple S2 11 which has the button instead of the swipe. He was informed by sales Rep #071 that the Apple S2 11 was out of stock indefinitely so my husband returned the iPhone 13 and was charged a $70 restocking fee.
He asked if the fee could be waived under the circumstances and also the fact that we have been loyal
t-mobile customers consistently for over 14 years. He was told by same sales rep that he was not authorized to waive the fee and we would have to call t-mobile to get the fee waived.
That information also proved to be incorrect because on 3/11/22 I called t-mobile and spoke to representative Marie who informed me that only the store can waive the fee since the phone was purchased there and not online or by telephone. She suggested that we return to the store and inquire again about a credit to our account for the $70 restock fee.
You can imagine how frustrating this experience has been especially since we have received nothing but incorrect information from store representatives that we assume are qualified in their field and should be able to offer correct information.
I am requesting that the $70 fee be credited to my account. I will add that we are awaiting the latest
iPhone S2 11so that we may purchase it for my husband. I also will be purchasing the iPhone 13 for myself.

We went in to add a line and get a new phone.
We worked with Jehya and he was absolutely the best! Not only did he help us with our purchase but he went over and above in helping us with getting
the right information for a trade in and helped us recover passwords in iCloud to make the transfer seemless. We were afraid of going to this particular store because of reviews, and went to Marco Island first.but in the middle of the day Marco was closed for some reason? So we went to this store and were very happy to know that jehya was brought in from another store to work there and was very willing to do whatever is necessary! Thanks!

This was the BEST T-Mobile store I’ve ever been in. Timmy was extremely helpful to me answering my many questions. Leo was also very helpful. If you have any problems or questions this is the store to go to!

Total disaster this store, unprofessional, I called to confirm the existence of an iPhone 12 pro phone twice the same day and they told me that they had, then I came to the store and they told me no, it was an error of the Girl, a total disaster, waste of time, when I spoke to the manager it was only justified.visit another store, this one I definitely do not recommend.

Definitely our corporation is considering switching all the accounts from tmobile to verizon. What happened today with Dr Puente in this store is very unprofessional.make Dr Puente travel 16 miles, because he called the store and someone told him that if they had the product and when he arrived he did not have it is a total disregard. It can be considered misleading advertising. Terrible this place.
