I'm very satisfied with my visit to T Mobile in Town Center Boca Raton Florida. I went thinking I needed a new phone. Turns out I just needed a charger. Angel was a big help.

They totally ignore people there. Not a single greeting or even a gesture. Not the best place to do business. Busy doesn’t justify rudeness.

Went there to purchase a charger. Realized I forgot my debit card in the car but found another one. Asked if I could try my apple card that I wasn't sure if it was my old or new one, since I was with my son who has a disability going all the way back was very complicated. Worker juan raised his voice at me saying I can't just walk in and try to make a purchase if I don't know if the card works. That I should know what I'm doing in the first place. I told him there was no need to talk to me like that since I was being polite to him. And he told me to get out of the store. There were 3 employees and 0 customers. I wonder why.

Really disappointed with the sales rep. He asked if I wanted a Galaxy Watch for free since I bought 4 phones. Found out that it's not for free.i'm stuck in a 2 year contact for $12 a month. It wasn't a free phone it was a mandatory fee. I feel screwed!

I always have a good experience coming to this store. The employees know me by first name and they are always friendly. It is usually a hassle to set up service, upgrade, or troubleshoot, but I do not feel that way coming here. Special thanks to Hector and Ramphy's, thanks for the excellent customer service and humour. TWSS.

This place is just ridiculous. We tried to buy a phone there and trade it in and they told us it would deducted from the price, but it was a total scam. They’re trying to make us pay more with the monthly payments. Not even that, they tried to switch their offers with something different. They don’t even know what they’re offers are. What kind of T-mobile is this. This place just ruins how I like T-mobile. Do not go to this place!

I never post a review, but I have to make a formal complaint about this T-Mobile store, its manager Jonathan, and its sales person Edgar.
I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for 3 years, but because they screwed me so bad I’m forced to try AT&T or Verizon.
They made 2 separate incorrect orders over 2 weeks, and remove my wife’s iPhone screen protector on one. Then today there’s a new small scratch on my wife’s iPhone and they won’t take it as a trade in.
Their mistakes cost me several trips to the store please the trade in discount, and they refused to help me find a solution.

Very professional and informative. No hard sell, no pushing upgrades and add on just nice workers giving great customer service. We worked with Jineva who was great to work with and offered to help set up our phones if we had a any problems. It's rare in today's world to get service after payment. We are so glad we switched from the Apple store which was a few stores down that didn't offer any service, lied and just wants to sell over priced p.ones.please T Mobil stay on this track. The Samsung phone you suggested works great. Thank You

Went in to upgrade like I usually do (about every 2 years) and the manager insisted the entire time that the promotion deal (paying 370$ up front) was better than the jump deal (paying 400+ up front). It was clear to me that he didn't want me to get one of the few 13 iPhones left in stock because the jump deal he showed me was absolutely incorrect. I went to the T-mobile on Palmetto next to chipotle and paid 57$! To upgrade my phone right after. I couldn't believe it so I wholeheartedly believe they just wanted to make a profit and not show me what I really wanted.

I am not sure how to explain my experience because we are still in the process transferring our numbers to T-Mobile.this is the third day and they still couldn't figure it out. I am trying to be patient because I lost my 11 year old number during the process.hoping they can get it back.overall I am very frasturated. But I also have to add that their shops are way better than ATT. It's comfortable, nicely decorated and clean.employees are very friendly.

Thomas, Angel and Zach helped me after my phone went brick. There was a glitch for over a week (constantly restarting) issues with Apple not honoring a warranty and t mobiles insurance policy. But the team at T mobile fixed the problem in minutes after a week of going back forth between a different t mobile and Apple store.
