T-Mobile, Seminole FL

My experience at T-Mobile at Seminole City Center was fabulous because I and four or five other customers were simultaneously helped by and witness to the multi tasking of the ultra competent Ethan. I have resided professionally in the business world for over 30 years and have never been more impressed with a young persons (early-mid 20's) performance. He is smart, conscientious, quick, yet he remains calm while juggling multiple issues at once almost single handily. If the management at T-Mobile are smart they ought to do all they can to keep this young man, he has a bright future ahead of him.

I was assisted by Adam and James tonight and I wanted to write my review before I forget since they were so amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. They close at 8PM and I got there around 7: 45 to do a phone transfer from my old phone to the new one. We were there till' almost 9PM and these guys couldn't have been nicer. Your stre is in god hands with these 2 gentlemen. Thank you for all your help tonight.

Ozan, Ethan, and Adam are my go to guys for anything I need from T-Mobile.any issues I have had, were quickly resolved. I don’t go to any other location but this one, for that reason.thanks again

Went in to purchase a new phone, a young lady waited on us, she recommended some, but they dont carry any item, covers or cases. Asked about a flip phone and she refused to show us. There are none for display, if you have one to sell, you have one to see.

First time I ever entered this store it was the greatest experience ever, last time I entered this store, I left the store feeling absolutely humiliated and with no resolution that day. I think everyone in the store knew my account was delinquent because the store manager kept saying loud enough for everyone to hear while he was talking on speaker phone to customer care that my account was delinquent. Thank you for announcing that for everyone to hear, not once, but REPEATEDLY! The customer care lady was even upset about it. I can’t even walk back into that store ever again. No thank you. When Customer Care was on the phone they had put me on hold so the manager decided to walk to the back room because he was too busy. Text messaging somebody on his phone so when Customer Care came back on I had to have another employee walk in the back to go get him to come back out.

Amazing customer service, quickly answered when I called for assistance and Israel went above and beyond by helping me on the set up process, explained how the iphone 14 doesn’t have a sim card and with all my questions. Thank you for helping me I really appreciate it!

Ozan is extremely professional and gave us one of the best customer service experiences we've had at a retailer. Elijah and Adam were also very knowledgeable and kind. We will be coming back to this location for all our mobile needs because of the staff!

This store is going on my list of stores I love list! I was actually going to Verizon Well I thought there was a Verizon store in the seminole mall (nope) and at this point my phone decided to have a major PMS meltdown and never turn on again. So I said screw it there is tmobile (bad day and schedule was really tight) so glad I did. Bandlay was our associate. This guy was amazing. The whole staff was great really paying attention to each individual. But Bandlay had my son and I in and out the door in 40 min. Able to answer million and one questions in a flash. Helped me find a plan that fit my budget which is a tight budget. If you need a new plan or phone go check them out. They have great deals, bundles, amazing selection of the hottest newest phones, smart products, and accessories (Flip phones too for us older don't want fancy phones) introducing their home internet (tmobile also has free internet for your children it's great!)
Go take the day to yourself and check them out for yourself)
*BONUS* did I mention they are located in an outside mall! Food food more food and your other shops too. (Including a spa around the corner)

Do not use T-mobile phone service. The phone services are poor network, and the bill is more expensive.

Elijah helped me with my connections issue while multitasking with 2 other customer while conversing and giving Great customer service and amazing technical support IQ. Because of Elijah I will be going to this store because of him! He needs a promotion!

After having a bad experience just 2 days prior I was a little skeptical when I walked in, but the 2 young men that I dealt with were amazing. They answered every question and I walked out with a brand new Samsung Galaxy Watch 5. I would recommend this store to everyone.

Great service, helpful as soon as you open the door. Fast and on point for all your problems. The store manger Ozzie does a great job. All the time we are there. What I can say, I drive from Clearwater to get their service.
