10Pushy people, that don't listen, and don't answer well. Get some employees that know what customer service is. All I wanted to do was add a line, he aggravated me so bad that I left and went online to do what I needed to get done. If I didn't hate AT&t I would have cancelled my account and switched on the spot
Went there today they were setup outside in the Florida heat. Seniors standing outside nowhere to sit except for 2 people. Gave me a lowball amount towards a trade in for my phone in perfect condition. I will never go back to this store.
I came in they were busy so I sat down and waited about 3 minutes and the manager came out and helped me right away and I was out within 10 minutes or less thanks so much.
Worst customer service ever, employees doesn’t know what they doing, especially the manager is so unprofessional, every time they keep wait the customers for no reason

The Palatka TMobil store and it's staff are amazing. I needed a new phone and they made the whole process simple and painless. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. I am a long time TMobil customer and visits like this is why I continue to go there. The store is clean and well lit. Plenty of phones to look at and deals are displayed on the wall. Great place and great staff. Can't say enough.
The staff went above and beyond for my family calling another T-Mobile store to find the phone I wanted. Very nice and family friend staff.
I had to go into T-mobile today for some issues with my phone. I cannot express how professional Kol and Mae are. Very fine young men with exceptional customer service.
My hope is that T-mobile will see this review and acknowledge these fine young men. Thank you Kol and Mae
