I went to this store yesterday. And I told the girl who was working there that I needed to change my mom's phone number. And he told me that they did not accept that phone number, that I should get a new one and pay for it by financing. I went to another mobile phone and they received the phone number without any problem. I never go to that store again
In this T mobile, if you are not going to get a new line, they do not give you a phone that you want to finance, even in stock, they have it reserved for new activations, which makes me think that they have some hidden benefit. Maybe it's the commission they earn or the insurance
telephone number that on many occasions they say is mandatory, when is it not? I RECOMMEND YOU ALWAYS CALL T MOBILE DIRECT AND NOT GO TO THEIR STORES, THEY DO NOT EXPLAIN EVERYTHING AND THERE ARE ALWAYS HIDDEN FEES AND EXTRAS.
At the first time they looked very “helpful”; however, they messed up setting up everything in my account and were not able to fix it without me going into the store… not being able to provide the appropriate customer service even in this situation where they caused the error.

I’m so Glad I found the store. Had troubles in previous stores, was planning on leaving T-Mobile but because of the customer service provider today I will be staying. John was amazing patient and resourceful.
Be careful when buying a promotion in this store, on Saturday I came to change my cell phone and a salesman called LEO helped me. He checked my account and told me that I was applying for an offer where if I delivered a device he would give me $800 in credit.for my new phone, I was very confident, believing in his word and I said ok, but he asked me if I wanted any accessories for the device, screen protector or case and I told him no, he immediately told me Oh but we don't have the device in the store. I told him but there is one outside and he tells me that that was the last one, I said ok and I pay the activation $35 and the equipment taxes are paid in full $114, it turns out and it happens that I get home and I realize that I They deceived me, I didn't qualify for that amount, if not for half of it, $400, I call and say I don't want it, they deceived me and they told me ok, the manager says they should change your plan or return the phone and they will refund the money I paid? Best customer service in town John and Leo were amazing. The manager Leo really cares about his customer I’m grateful for him thank you Leo
They took care of me like I was family! My favorite store hands down. I’ve been here 6 times to fix different issues get new phones and even buy a lap top. They had the best deals and answered every question I had. The reps know what they are talking about and they were very professional. I will be back next week for my iPad I can’t wait!
