For the first time in so many years being a customer with T-Mobile, I encounter a not welcoming customer service at the T-mobile store at 4900 S. University Dr. Suite 112. Davie. FL. 33328. The staff need to be trained on customer service attention and satisfaction. They offer good products but they must improve in this area.

Love this store! Anytime I have an issue they solve for me. Customer Service is the best. Everyone is friendly and the Assistant manager is very helpful. Ive been a loyal customer of this store for 10+ years.

I bought an iPhone 14 and from the beginning it overheated, I went the same day to have it replaced and an employee told me that this was normal, I couldn't keep it in my hands because it was so hot, I had never had a phone like that, this guy did not want to change it for me and less than 1 month later the phone no longer wants to charge, I attach a screenshot with the phone notice

**** BUYER BEWARE****
My daughter turned 18 in March and she wanted to get her own account with T-mobile. She was asked for her ID, email, and ran her credit and everything was good but she decided not to go through with the transaction. The store associate talked my daughter into leaving the account stating she had 24 hrs to decide or she would have to re-apply all over again. Fast forward to May and my daughter receives a notice that her account that she NEVER opened is going to be suspended for non-payment. They fraudulently opened an account in my daughters name. STAY AWAY and pay attention to your bill you maybe paying someone else's fees.

I had went in T-Mobile with my bf and no one was welcoming at all. I didn’t think much bc I saw them busy. It was only 2 people helping customer tho (saw 2 people in the back the girl looked like she clocked out… idk bout the guy.) More people came in and the employees were welcoming to them which is not polite since they weren’t welcoming to us. Not only that but I look over and see that they are helping the customers that arrived after us? !? We still haven’t received a welcoming nor assistance at all what so ever! We decided to just leave… they really treated us as if we didn’t excusted very bad employees! I used to always come here all the time and it was good but the staff have ruined it for me I am no longer wasting my time at this T-Mobile and I hope you don’t either!

I just came in to get my screen replaced (btw my dad was in the car waiting for me) I go in and wait no hello or anything 30 minutes pass (there was one person getting help) they don’t even acknowledge me my dad texted me saying how much longer I say idk there is like 2 available workers a lady comes in they help her and then my dad comes TWO workers were just standing there one was helping her (even though I was there before her) my dad waits no one helps and a mother and daughter come in EDDY magically goes to them my dad says excuse me says my daughter have been here for the past 30 minutes I believe her name is Jasmine.jasmine said that she greeted me she didn’t and then the best part happens I get my screen protector and there maybe 5 bubbles

Very very unprofessional came in sometime back waited almost 1hr before being help never in my life have I felt soooo UNCOMFORTABLE with a store manager she came out of know where took over the conversation I was having asked me all the same question that i already discussed with the young lady the whole time I was there I would see her watch me as if I was doing something wrong T-Mobile really does need to train the managers better its ridiculous how she made me feel an the unprofessional attitude she has, Stephanie thanks for the help that you provided I honestly thought you where the manager before we got rudely interrupted, your amazing your skills and speed and you actually understand the value of paying customers is what makes the store environment better for us people thanks again I personally want to work with you always Stephanie

The gal that helped me was very polite and nice to deal with BUT, I HAD TMOBILE INTERNET IN MY HOME AND SINCE MY VISIT IT HAS BEEN CANCELLED WITH NO WAY TO GET IT BACK. VERY FRUSTRATING. THE ONLY REASON I SWITCHED TO TMOBILE IS FOR THE INTERNET AND NOW I CANT GET IT!

I had left T-Mobile 7 years ago due to multiple poor experiences and switched to another carrier. I finally made the decision to come back to T- Mobile because I wanted the new iPhone and everyone I know has T-Mobile and loves it. Last Saturday I walked into this location by chance and it was the best decision I have made! My experience from start to finish was world class and because of their staff and their attention to detail and the fact that they listened to me and understood what I was looking for. My sales associate was Petoria and she is a gem- I will be going to see her for anything I need. Jermaine the store manager was professional and thoughtful and attentive even offering myself and my 16 year old water while he helped us transfer contacts. Finally the T- Mobile experience my friends brag about! I also was impressed with the cleanliness of the store- I am that person that notices everything and it was clearly well kept. Thank you Petoria and Jermaine for converting me back into a loyal customer. I am loving my new phone and the fact my teenager can no longer make fun of my phone LOL! This location is awesome- check them out!

I’ve gotten better customer service at the DMV. At first I was greeted by a kind gentleman but then the lady that helped me was super rude, yawned and yawned as I talked to her, yawned as she tAlked to me, not one smile or apology, and barely made eye contact with me, she could barely explain the plans but was quick to ask me to run my credit, when I declined and asked for more information she would just look at the tablet and basically stopped the conversation. What a waste of time, I wish I would’ve been helped by someone that actually wants to work. Went there to open two lines and get a phone but not anymore with that kind of customer service

I've been to this store twice in one week to upgrade my phone through the Jump program.and both times, I was ignored by the store manager and skipped in the queue. The first time he took the person that arrived after me I guess because they knew each other so he passed me to a more junior person and the second time (today) he starts assisting me and then walks away, leaves my account open on his tablet and moves to another table for 15 - 20 minutes while I wait there. The second time around there was a queue of 5 people waiting while I was next and everyone else got helped around me by other associates while I waited for the manager to come back to attend me. This manager stood in front of me and was texting some one on his phone, took a phone call from an employee, then jumping back and forth in between other people helping other associate help out THEIR customers, while I sat there for 15-20 minutes for him to help me - like I was invisible. When I complained and mentioned everyone else is being helped but me when I'm next in line and I grabbed my things to go, I asked him to exit my account on his tablet and he told me as I walked out that I show no respect. To which I turned around and said to him that it is HE shows no respect, doesn't know how to manage a queue and is running the store improperly. Incredibly rude for ignoring and walking away from me mid-transaction. I'm there to PURCHASE a product, to provide revenue, a 10-minute transaction. I'm not there to have an hour long issue resolved. What a way to lose money for the company. This manager needs training, big time.

Went to the Davie location because my phone went completely black. I was assisted by Khellseei who blew away with her customer service skills. Not only was she extremely thorough with explaining everything- she was also extremely patient and WENT OUT OF HER WAY to come up with the best solution for me. Additionally, she went over details and benefits about my insurance coverage that NO ONE has ever explained to me before. Thank you Khellseei for all that you do!
