17 I don’t usually leave reviews, specially bad ones but this store has the worst customer service I’ve experience:
1. There are always people waiting for something I had to wait 1 hour before I got tired and left. Normally someone will be patient but these people were still taking care the clients they had when I came in. So I decided to leave and give it another chance another day. Got disappointed with the same thing again.
2. They have 6+ employees but only two of them working. I understand if they hire new people you have to train them but they were just standing around doing nothing.
3. Poor customer care: they were only good to greet you as you walk in otherwise no sign of concern.
I don't remember the name of the advisor but he was blond and we went for attention to solve a problem and he was rude and didn't want to help us and evaded all our questions. They have very bad customer service and are rude to people. I hope t mobile fixes this problem.
Came in on a Saturday, they were very busy. Antoine was awesome. He was very professional, patient, and explained everything extremely well. Would highly recommend him.
Called about locked encrypted screen.responce "Duh.nutin weez can do.call samsung. I said I bought my phone from u. "uh well u can bring it in but i dont know how to help u". Morons
Terrible place service sucked. Josh was very rude and so was his trainee david, Brock was the only helpful one.
Setup my service with T Mobile and it was significantly worse than my previous provider. Went to the store remove T mobile service from my account and device. Daniel said nothing could be done by them. Daniel showed no effort, nor empathy on the matter. Hard to believe their customer support could be worse than the service.
I went in to t-mobile the day before my birthday to pick up my replacement. The clerk named Daniel called me over to see if he could help me. After I told him why I was there he said he would start charging the phone but his shift was over. When I told him I had questions he was very rude had an attitude and again told me his shift was over. I told him I can tell you don't want to be bothered because your shift is over but you don't need to be rude about it! He set the tone for my visit because once Joel came out to finish me up I was visibly annoyed. Joel eventually got me to laugh and I felt better. He took care of me, was patient and knowledgeable.
That other guy Daniel needs another type of job! He should not be in customer service! Thank you Joel I appreciate your work ethic! Oh and I'm still waiting on my screen protector that was ordered on 8/3. I have not received an email which I know is customary.
Daniel was my phone technician today, he did great. He went above and beyond and that’s what every business needs. PROMOTE THIS MAN.

Thank you Brock for absolutely nothing. We stopped in today because we have no phone service at our home in PC. Our home internet gets minimal service making it impossible to work from home. When we purchased our service we was told T Mobile was the best coverage in PC. Unfortunately after having T Mobile and nothing but poor to no service I went into the store. We was told, "Yes, T Mobile has spotty coverage. " I asked what I could do to fix my service. "I can't do anything, call customer service. " I told him again, I don't have phone service in the R section. "Well you have service now". I am absolutely dumbfounded by this experience.
If i could rate this store less than one star I would. The most horrible experience i have ever received with an employee in my whole life. Specifically Daniel (newbie) and Josh (manager). Daniel was rude, no help, and has HORRIBLE customer service. Daniel stood there texting, showed no attention towards me, and overall seemed like he forgot that he was working with the attitude he gave off, there was NO respect whatsoever. Offered zero help when I was unable to make calls and receive them and repetitively told me to call customer service knowing I CANT make calls and did not offer to use the store phone, said i was out of luck basically and that his answer about not helping me doesn’t change, until I asked for the second time getting denied the first, for another employee.an actual nice and knowledgeable employee Joel came to help and fixed my phone in 20 minutes when apparently per Daniel, my phone issue was management issues and only customer service via phone call could help (he was very wrong if another employee fixed the issue in 20 minutes). Even after I called customer service to leave a complaint the representative said he can see these guys were playing dirty games, coming from a customer service representative. I was clearly treated poorly at this store and i wouldn’t recommend ANYONE going to this branch, they are no help except for Joel. Daniel should honestly not even have a position at this job or needs some more training ASAP. Horrible experience
Eric is AMAZING. Took care of us & wr had fun while doing it. Saved us a ton of money & hooked me up with an apple watch. As its a personality based experience, I will ask for Eric every time I need assistance. If hes not there, I will leave. Head and shoulders above his peers.
Went in to upgrade my phone and Josh helped me through what could of been a very complicated replacement but made it very easy while explaining everything to me.
Let me be clear that my one star review is not aimed at the employees at this store; they are great. As for T-Mobile's promotions, they stink. There is zero concern regarding customer retention- all they care about is new contracts. I've been a customer for over 5 years and the promotions they offer if you aren't looking to change plans are laughable, so I went to the Samsung site where they offered me twice what T-Mobile did for my trade. I actually purchased the unlocked phone in case I decide I've had enough of T-Mobile one of these days- Get it together!
4 people waiting in the store with 2 associates. Unfortunately 1 associate was doing a count and the customers wait. Horrible customer service.
I came again today and Joel helped me out very professional very knowledgeable on the plans and devices and gave me advice and hints on more information Rich helped me with the T Mobile Tuesday promotion for Walgreens pictures and was very professional and patient…
I always enjoy coming here.if only to stop in and see if they ha: e any deals available. Most likely they do.either an upgrade or just ordering a new product. Naturally I do have an T mobile acoount.the manager and his/hers staff are always helpful.
