11I have called and visited this store several times, and have always been impressed with the level of knowledge and professionalism. Tyler, in particular, has always been patient with my questions and superb all around. Customer service sometimes seems to be a lost art, but not at this store. Thank you Jax Beach T-mobile team!
Aneeka (sp?) was great. She's customer focused. I appreciated her assistance. She was very patient and helpful.
John made our entire family uncomfortable and we did not have a good experience whatsoever. He was non communicative, very stale, slow, and added items to our cart we did not ask for. I would suggest asking for a new associate if you get him.
I have recently had to go into this T-mobile store to have things corrected that the "customer service" call center messed up. Thankfully the guys (Brandon the store manager, Brandon and Tyler) where very helpful and patient. They were able to fix or call "customer service " and get them to fix their (customer service's) mistakes while on the line with the call center. This T-mobile store is a real T-mobile store. Don't waist time at some of the other stores. This location has actual T-mobile trained employees. If you have been to one of the other locations, then you understand.
Tried to return a set of the Google Pixel A-series earbuds (don't buy them, they constantly drop bluetooth connection), but couldn't because of their 14-day return policy. The problem is that I was not given a receipt at purchase because it was "on my account", but, spoilers, I couldn't access any kind of receipt anywhere. How was I supposed to know there was a 14-day policy?
On top of this, one of the employees uselessly claimed he could do an extended return if they could find my receipt in their system, but not even he could locate it despite the fact I was able to provide the exact day, price, card, etc. 0/10, this place is useless.
Whenever there's something on my phone that I can't figure out, I can always count on the staff at this store to help me and fix the problem, always with a smile. Great customer service at this location.which is why I stay with T-Mobile.
Do they work on commission here? Came in 20 mins before close after work so that I could switch from Verizon to T-Mobile and Brandon turned me away. Not sure if I’m being unreasonable. Anytime I’ve ever worked in retail or food service you let your customers finish as long as they arrived before closing time. Just feels like bad business practice to me.
It was so incredibly nice to walk into a store and be helped right away, without waiting a lengthy unknown amount of time. The staff was knowledgeable, even the guy in training, friendly, personable and quick. Much appreciated. Will recommend!

Wonderful customer service, staff was quick to greet as I walked into the door. Very affordable prices on their phones and phone plans.
Nice people, it's a block from the beach and they share that beachfront, chill vibe. Not to say they are slow moving, just relaxed, so the interaction is easy going. I have no reservation in recommending then out sending people to that store.
