Our salesman was Luis, at Altamonte Sprgs location. We purchased 2 phones. Luis, highly professional, kind, knowledgeable, honest with integrity and motivated to make certain all of our questions were answered. I would highly recommend T-Mobile be the stopping place to purchase a cell phone. These people are real and sincere in bringing to you the highest quality, in service, pricing and selection of phones. Best experience we have ever received.
I have been to this location twice in the last 6 months and I must say Hannah Hannah by far has been the best customer service I may have ever had. She was on her way out after her shift when I came in and she sat her stuff down and said she would help me. The second time I can just say she is so patient and kind takes the time to make sure I understand the issue. I wish the their were more people out their like her.

Long waits guaranteed. Sat outside as they had queue standing inside. Went online. Got service quicker than they served one person.
Jay and Terrance were absolutely phenomenal and so were the rest of the team. They were so helpful and so incredibly knowledgeable. I’m so glad we picked this location because the service was above and beyond. We love our new phones!
We met the central Florida events team at the Orlando home show, it was the first time I’ve ever spoke with an associate from my cell phone carrier, and wasn’t annoyed at the end of the conversation, Kassandra made everything easier to get done, as she was replacing my screen protector under Insurance, she gave my girlfriend all the info she’s been wondering, and got her set up with a new choice of phones. Kassandra is great and the rest of her team as well.
I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 5 years, I never seen a store with this much unprofessional staff. Very poor customer service. If there was 0 star negative star I would have gave it to this store. I usually done with them online but this experience was so bad I left the store and went straight online through the mobile app and get helped. I went there to add a line to my account. No greeting no acknowledgment nothing and there was only 2 customers ahead of me. No I will be right with you. This staff needs to go if they are not happy or not willing to do their jobs. I’m f pissed wasting my gas and my time. Disappointed
Went in with so many questions and concerns of having to make too many changes due to the prior Sprint contract, but luckily Luis and Preston came to the rescue! They were so patient with us and we walked out with the best deal ever! Their customer service was exceptional! Will be coming back to this branch for any future needs and will 100% recommend to anyone!

Was greeted in a nice friendly way. The associate helped us right away. He was confused on the promotion price that I came for. He had to ask his manager a few times to make sure. THE MANAGER WAS VERY UNFRIENDLY AND INCOMPETENT.
I was guaranteed that I had the promotion only to go home and see that I wasn't receiving it and was paying full price instead. Had to call customer service and they were very helpful and were able to correct the store's mistake.
I highly recommend that you do your transactions online or through a different store. If you absolutely have to come here, then check the work that was done online to make sure they didn't mess up.
The worst service I've ever had, add the poor customer service.why does Tmobile exist because the owners no longer care. They leave customers on hold for over an hour for no resolution. Cameras don't work and the cellular service is terrible. We run a business. WE recommend you DO NOT go with tmobile.
Preston was both efficient and effective. I arrived with the infamous cracked screen protector, and he made the process effortless. His attention to detail moved me to remember his name and to leave a review.

We had the best experience going thru Brad at this location! He helped us thru the whole process and went out of his way to make sure we were happy. We need up with the perfect watch for our son's birthday.

Stealing from the elderly, over $200 a month charging my 80 year old parents. Refused to remove a mobile hot spot from their bill, told me to call customer service who told me to go back to the store. Would not transfer me to a supervisor. I'll have to turn off automatic payments to make this stop and likely ruin my parents credit. Absolutely the worst elder abuse. I was crying in the store, literally they could care less. Reporting to the FCC and Attorney General for Florida. I doubt anyone will do anything but please don't use T mobile. Go elsewhere.
