16 I went in to get my glass screen protector replaced and the gentlemen who helped me named Mike, I believe, took very good care of me. He was courteous, professional and kind. I went on 01/15/2023 at around 12: 40 pm.
Mike was taller with a big beard and lots of tattoos.

Went to get upgrade on my phone. My husband was trying to decide if he wanted to upgrade or not. When he said yes go ahead we told the girl and she rolled her eyes in front of us, was extremely rude with everything she did. In fact, I will be contacting the store today to let them know how rude she was and how we did not appreciate it. We could have gone online but went to the store anyway. She never explained anything just talked too fast, didn’t even ask nicely for our payment, just said “ I need your card”. Will not be going back to store to deal with this behavior of their employees.
Above and Beyond customer service here, Jason is very helpful, professional, and well experienced. This will be my go-to store from now on.

We upgraded our phones to the I phone 15 +. Veronica was so knowledgeable and worked very well with us. Kris runs a great store.
Joey helped me out with the home internet and now I have better service at a much lower cost. He’s a very knowledgeable individual and is what you expect when walk into a store and need some assistance. Thank you for helping me solve a problem.
My phone has not worked for a week several çalls into tech service, screen repair. I was so upset I thought I was going to lose everything. The gentleman Mike was so kind to take the time to walk me through the process and he fixed it in less than an hour, it would not have even taken that long if I had remembered my password, he didnt flinch at my having to reset then and taking up his time. Fixed my phone, was pleasant and patient! Thank you again Mike with Bee!
Excellent store! Professional, clean, courteous, and store manager Kris was outstanding. Went in ready to cancel home internet and move to spectrum but when I left thanks to Kris and staff I’m staying around
Coincidentally, today in the afternoon I went to check my iPhone because I dropped it on the floor and it doesn't work and I asked for service in Spanish because it is better for me to be able to express myself better and one of the girls who speaks Spanish treated me very badly, she tells me I'm going in 5 minutes because she was finishing her shift and that's what I have to serve you. It seems disrespectful to me because I've been with the T-Mobile service for 3 years and no one deserves to be treated like that. I hope the girl who served me learn to be a little kinder to the public

Well, it’s a really beautiful place clean. There’s a lot of customer support there that I never seen anywhere else. Very helpful and a lot of fun.
I had an excellent experience at this location. Jizzet was extremely helpful and made sure the features on my new phone were all working properly and made sure I could access everything even helping with changing passwords.
Today Oct. 2 was at the port richey store trying to find out what is paid off and ways to lower my bill we are 55+. A nice young lady was assisting us and when I mentioned Spectrum Mobile as an alternative her male coworker stepped in and said he used to work for Spectrum they are desperate. And said I should see their rap video. Very disrespectful he knows who he is.
I got Internet from them and after a few months they upped the charge from 50 $ to over 80 in december.dont understand how it goes up 30 dollars in a month.
Salesperson told my wife her bill would be $50 a month plus tax and fees. He then added numerous extras to her bill which took it from $50 to $155 a month in autopay of course. When we returned to fix the problem, we were told we had to deal with the person who sold it to her. After numerous visits we were unable to locate that person. After 5 months of trying to resolve the issue in store with no success. We called T-Mobile directly and they explained what happened and got the bill down to $61.00. Beware the sales people there, they will take advantage of you of for a quick commission to get your hard earned money.
I Had an amazing experience at this tmobile location. I was helped right away, all my questions were answered in detail. I left very happy.
