12 Just went to change a sim card. I have been having network issues for a long time. I recently upgraded to a note 10+ and still had issues.
The sim switch took less then 5 minutes.
We will see it if helps. I doubt it as I have been having issues for a long time across multiple phones.
I would like to express my gratitude to Ann at the TMobile store. My husband and I went on February 14th to look for deals on a new iPhone, and Ann did not only help, but made our experience so much better. We absolutely enjoyed her presence, personality and approach. It is people like Ann that help businesses like TMobile be a place anyone wants to make their purchases. Ann is definitely an asset for TMobile! Thank you TMobile, for hiring people like Ann to make our experience an enjoyable one!

T-Mobile costumer for over 2 years, worked with them twice before but they all time turn me down with extra charges and fees. Better go online or through the phone salesperson there will just charge you anything they can be careful and before you pay check twice.
Walked into the store and Luis. S. Helped solve equipment problem. This gentleman was amazing. He did everything he could, and spent all the time to solve the problem. Amazing service by Luis.
So I just walked out with a new iPhone XR and it’s all thanks to Ann. She made the process of purchasing a new phone completely comfortable and I felt like every dime I spent was worth it can we get this girl a promotion or something? ! Thanks Ann and T-mobile!
Just coming out from this store last week I came and bought two phones 1 samsung S9 and 1 LG. I came today asking to buy a charger. I spent 20 minutes waiting. There was 3 associates available. I spoke with one of them and let him know I was looking for a charger. He told just hang in there somebody was going to help you. I felt that was totally disrespectful. I see that all that they care is profit. I'm taking my money somewhere else.
Was greeted immediately upon entering the store. Short wait to be served by Zamara who seemed very knowledgeable and helpful.
The worst store ever. Very bad experience there since they change workers and now all there signs are in Spanish.
Every time I go to this tmobile store, I have a problem with the employees, they don't care about customers, employee do the know nothing about phones, that are just sales people who have no product knowledge, they always wants to sell you new phones, even if your phone has just a little problem. This store need to have new management.
Really bad service. Sales Reps do not care about the customer at all, only about making sales. Wait times are horrendous, probably because they are so busy trying to sell each customer a million things.
This store is the #1 for a reason. They have a team that believe and promote Team Work. Specially for consumers they understand and respect the consumers, customers. I love the the energy, knowledge, arrogant, and all different attitudes and characters of the store. MyTime there it was very enjoyable seeing everybody in Combined working for the same goal T-Mobile good job
This store lied to me about offers. I bought a new phone and was told that I would get free VR Goggles with my purchase. When I buy the new phone they say that they are out of stock. Did not get goggles ever. Dennis was the worst, he was only interested in selling me all that he could without care about prices and extra fees. I feel that too many employees here want to sell sell sell and have no product knowledge or policy knowledge. Employees need to be trained!
