18Drew was in it for the long haul. He did not become frustrated with everything that I wanted done.
Came in with my family about a bill, Brandy W.was able to help with the bill, get us a good deal on 2 new iphones, all while under a lot of pressure from having a ton of customers waiting. She handled everything very professionally and as fast as she could. We will be coming back to her for any help for sure.
Had gone for a Wi-Fi plan and got probably one if not the best routers I have ever used. Not only that they have great customer service with fast results from time to time, but you will have a great experience getting your phones set up as well.
They leave you sat in here over an hour to do anything. Their internet is subpar, also. Sloooow slow service. Drew is the only employee worth while.
I NEVER MADE ONE CALL THROUGH
T-MOBILE AND THEY CHARGED ME $246 ANYWAY AND THEN CONTINUED TO CHARGE ME $85 A MONTH… HAVING TO FILE DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY WHICH IS ONGOING AT THIS TIME. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A MERCHANT EVER.
Drew and Jayles got us as their last customer of the day, and still had the energy time and knowledge to help us get our service activated, and even though their work day was over they continued to get us out with our new line / service working in the best customer service mood no one would expect from anyone after a busy day like the tmobile store has daily. Praise and thanks.
BEWARE! What kind of so called business would treat elderly people the way that you have treated my parents! You claimed That you would pay off my parents phones if they would switch to t mobile which they did, and then when it came time to pay the fifteen hundred dollars off on their prior account You all refuse to pay, so meanwhile, they have to come in and question you all over and over why they are not getting their $1500 back. And you tell them to go and get this and go and get that and go and get this over and over. 2 elderly people got to run back-and-forth to their bank and to their old prior phone company for this paper and that paper and to no Avail get their money back. BEWARE! UPDATE: The owner of Tmobile sends out a response stating. Call me at this number or email me at this number. And when I try to call it, his mailbox is full. I'm pretty curious to why his mailbox is full. And hes actually not caring about the customers that come in here and instead is generating a response. Instead of personally responding.
What a horrible company and terrible customer service. I switched to another provider in October and shortly thereafter T Mobile withdrew money from my account even though my phones were completely paid off and I canceled prior to the next billing cycle. At the time of the next bill, Tmobile took more than $70 out of my bank account and then the following month did the exact same thing. Come to find out, I had a "free" line that I never used and Tmobile decided to begin charging me for this free line without providing any notice. What a distasteful and shady business practice! And now, in February I still do not have my money back despite their guarentees that i will be receiving a refund for this terrible business practice. Beware anyone who is seeking new phone service, look elsewhere, this company will do you wrong and then do nothing to make it right! This is the worst customer related experience I have ever had!
To amend this review, now this corrupt company has sent me to collections for not paying for a free line I cancelled and never, ever used- and after they reassured me on a recorded line that they would refund what they already erroneously removed directly from my account without my permission- may be time for legal action if someone from T Mobile does not make this right- what a horrible and dishonest way of doing business!
OMGoodness! I have so many amazingly good things about my experience of becoming a new T mobile member. Ill try to keep short.but it was a very good day. Sweet, Very educated on product everything, went the extra mile with making me comfortable and assisted me in everything i was looking for. The whole team seemed to just roll with each other in help issues and just smooth. Patrick and Christian and Faith.or Hope.maybe Grace.can’t remember.sorry lol. Sorry friends.but Jay stood out for me and my sons visit. To interact with customers like they are human is so rich in the world today. I truly feel blessed to encountered the staff at this office. My girlfriend has T-Mobile for home internet. While I understand tower location makes the difference the home internet service is the poorest I have ever seen. The internet connection constantly breaks and the modem has to reconnect. There is so much lag that watching something on the tv is painful. If there is no good solution then it may time to change to another service. I advise if you are thinking about T-Mobile home internet check your cell service before you create yourself much frustration.
Jay was very professional and friendly and did a fantastic job for us. We would recommend making her a manager/trainer. She was helping us and co-workers with such a great attitude. Great job Jay, thanks.

Both Christian and Jay were so helpful and thorough. I had an online activation that went haywire and they were able to escalate and resolve even though it was time consuming! It was much appreciated and I'm highly impressed:)
In March of 2023 my old cell phone stopped working so I purchased a new Samsung Galaxy phone at the Sebring store. We ran into some issue with the account & the new cell phone. All the staff associates and the store manager at the Sebring store worked above and beyond to resolve the issue and ultimately resolved them. I was very impressed with their diligent efforts! Kudos to the entire staff at the T-Mobile Sebring Florida store!
Andrew W took the time to help me with problems that other phone services would not. He took time to explain the new. Phone, and also the problem with my trade in. I know it was frustrating, but he didn’t lose his cool and tried to keep me from losing mine! Give the man a raise. Working out my issues with the phones I w as trading in was not easy. He has great people skills. Definitely management material.

Several months ago I got rid of my 2-3 mbps CenturyLink internet service, and got Tmobile 5g internet. Wow! What a difference! This is the fastest internet I've ever had! Consistently over 300 mbps, and very reliable.
Had to wait over an hour just to pay my bill, staff is uneducated in the job they're paid to do. I would highly recommend another location
