The customer service at this location is absolutely amazing. We've been in here multiple times and each time we are treated with the upmost respect. It can get busy, so you may have to wait, but they let you know where you're at on line and that they are working as quickly as possible. Each customer truly gets the best customer service.
The worst store, they sent me 3 (the 1st they gave me a device that someone else returned, the 2nd the adapter does not work, the 3rd password does not match, the 4th I made them notice their lack of respect by making me return and the manager does not attend to customers and they don't give a response either, they don't know how to serve a customer, they are only interested in selling but quality control and costumer services, they deserve a lot of disrespect;. A terrible costumer services.

After 5 trips to different stores they finally found out what was going on with my wife's phone
Stay away from home Internet from T-Mobile. From what the rep said there are two towers in her area that have been down since Ida. One we barely get three megabytes per second. The other one was good for a while but now they keep taking it down. Spend down for about. I don't know a week and a half so the max speed you get is 10 megabytes per second.
When you call in they are very nice and they try to help you. However, they don't really know what's going on. From some I've heard none of the towers are down yet. I have no service on my cell phone or on my home internet. I can clearly see some towers are out based on the change of my connection both home internet and phone. Neighbors got Verizon home internet and have had no issues.
If I could have gave it a zero I would have. I was there twice today to buy one of the most expensive phones they have and was totally ignored waiting each time for over 15 minutes. The kicker this last time was one of the sales women skipped right over us and helped a customer that walked in way after us. I was totally blown away by the blatant disregard/ disrespect. I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 5 years now. Not Anymore
I got to the store and got the best customer service I ever had, they help with the issue that’s had. Shot out to Kevin and Rachael
Ceasar took excellent care of us, and our 5 phs, time there wasn't bad considering what we had to do. We were all happy when we left.
The employee was rude and condescending to me I've had a T-Mobile account for my business for 10 years now and was just trying to replace my wife's phone. If this is the type of service I can now expect from T-Mobile then I may need to take my business elsewhere
I was assisted by a boy named Fredi, he was super patient, super respectful, super professional, without a doubt a success/ I was also assisted by a girl named Dani and I can only say the same about her work
I paid three phones, I returned three if I remember correctly so they could give me another one and supposedly everything was paid and after three months it appears on the bill that I am financing three phones, they have tremendous theft from the customers, they tell you lies and they steal from you. Even your money, if you want security, go somewhere else because I now find myself with a very large bill because apparently they had even provided me with insurance and the money I paid and the telephone numbers that I gave, they had already told me that everything had already been paid. I don't like taking things late, it's a big push, be careful and don't go there.
I had the best experience with these employees, I got the iPhone 15 and was having an issue with the cellular data and all of them did their best to help me starting with Ariel, Brayan, Dani, Rey, Braulio & Katherine thank you all
