I came in to add 15 business lines for my growing industry. Matt and Keysla were phenomenal. They made everything very simple and smooth. The pricing is perfection in itself. Their professionalism is five star! I love this store! I will never leave T-Mobile as long as this store is here.

Not impressed by the customer service here. Buy your phone on the app. Saves you thae hassle of having to haggle your way to the actual price of the phone.

I came in to purchase a line for my wife myself and four of my kids, Andres, the store manager, Justin, the assistant manager, and Matt were definitely phenomenal. This is a top location I can tell by the experience and professionalism. I love T-Mobile and I will never leave due to this location. Specifically, every rep in the store deserves a huge! Raise, make this your local T-Mobile!

I must say I was truly disappointed in my experience at this location. The customer service wreaks of unnecessary arrogance to a longtime loyal customer of the company. I was actually going to get a newer iPhone from this location but the guy was so rude that I decided to leave and just go to another location. I guess he was upset because I wasn’t interested in adding a second line of service. Train your staff to control their temperament and try not to be a smart a** when a customer asks questions about a device while he’s too busy trying to upsell me a 2nd line. I have had a better experience with the 2nd shift who upgraded me to my 12. The service was great then.

Matt extremely! A superstar and an amazing part of this location. I went in for a business line and he got my wife a FREE! WATCH also a FREE! Line For me! And my business. I love this location the customer service is legendary COME SEE MATT!

I came in Sunday the 10th because my Samsung Galaxy A32 would no longer charge, the port was damaged. I had insurance and assumed that the exchange would be for another Samsung, which I had hoped to do. Jason (l think that's his name) convinced me that the Motorola was comparable and included a screen saver and OtterBox, so I accepted it.
That night I was very frustrated with the phone. I didnt realize I had a lot of data on the Samsung suite of apps that would not transfer to the Motorola. I went back to see if I could get a Samsung, but was told there would be a $75 restock fee, so I decided to stay with the phone.
The next day I found that the OtterBox would not allow me to lower the volume, so I went back again. The rep there determined that I was given a wrong OtterBox, but they didn't have the correct one, so they refunded the tax and said I'd have to buy my own.
I accepted the Motorola because you offered the OtterBox with it.
If you offer a OtterBox with the Motorola, why can't you give me a proper one?

Usually upgrading my phone is a super complicated exhausting and just not a fun process but I was in and out of here in just a little over an hour! Justin and Jean were two of the best and funniest store associates I’ve ever talked to and worked with to get a new phone they helped get me everything I needed to get my new phone set up and get me on my way!

I’m a new customer who came during a big tmobile system update and it took way longer than I expected. Marilyn and Oriana did an excellent job keeping me calm and focused on all the benefits I would be getting if I switched over.
