DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! I was just at this store today because my phone that I purchased at this store had cracked and I ordered a replacement from t mobile. I needed my data from my old phone transferred to the new phone. Before I even reached the sidewalk, there were 2 employees standing on the sidewalk. The younger guy that works at this location stopped me because he saw I had my new phone in the box and my old phone both in my hand. He told me that they could not set up my phone for me because they were not a corporate store and they needed a "special cord" to connect the two phones. Then I proceeded to ask if they had screen protectors for my phone and my daughters phone because when i purchased my 2 phones, two watches, and an ipad air from THIS location i bought the screen protectors there because they told me they are lifetime warranty and if they ever crack or break just come in to the store and they will take care of me no charge. The kid told me they had NO screen protectors for ANY I phone, and they were all sold out. I went to my car and called 611 t mobile, and they said no cord is needed to transfer anything from one phone to another and it is all done through Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. So i walked back up to the employees and the other employee told me they can transfer it without a cord but its $50.00. Unreal. So i called t mobile and t mobile directly told me there is NO CHARGE to transfer from an old phone to a new phone. The representative from t mobile on my phone informed the employee from the store that there was no charge for her to transfer data. DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY THIS STORE! IF THEY ARE NOT MAKING ANY MONEY OFF OF YOU THEY DONT WANT TO HELP YOU AND THEY WANT TO PUSH YOU AWAY TO ANOTHER STORE! They are trying to make a quick $50 by pressing a few buttons on your phone. The girl that helped me finally was very nice and ordered me new screen protectors. While she was helping me a lady walked in to buy new phones and the kid that told me they couldn't help me at the store was very nice to her and even complimented her hair, because he was getting a sale from her. Do not fall for these tactics and games this store plays, its horrible that when you need help they don't want to help but if you are buying something they are right there.

Would not warranty a fold that didn't have any physical damage and had a defect.wouldn't recommend this store not helpful at all.

I came in because I dropped my phone but these guys took their time to help me find 2 new phones! Jackson, Jose, and Sofia were incredible! If I ever need anything, I'm otw to this store.

To the best Sophia Gonzalez, a jewel and pride to customer service.always willing to help & giving the best customer service! She Never says (NO) totally % professional & outstanding Others told us things like we don’t do that here, we don’t provide that service here.me & my wife had been help on another ocasión by her & once again she went far and beyond to help a 55+ couple. Went to the store just to get a SIM card and I made sure to let them know I didn’t want a new line. I already had a tablet was just upgrading to one I already have. I was charged $35 instead of the regular $10 for the SIM card. I asked the sales rep if there was going to be a change in my bill since the number had changed and he said no it’s that your old tablet number has been canceled. I was highly upset once I get home and I get an email saying a new line was added and my bill would increase by $65. I’ve been with T-Mobile for almost 8 years and never had something like this happen. I will never step foot in this store again. Very deceitful what the rep did. Thank you to T-Mobile customer service for taking care of everything.

Great Experience! The whole crew was exceptionally helpful and courteous! Jackson is a real technical expert, both took the time to advise us on potential savings but also answered all my questions in great detail. I will definitely advise my friends to use this location. We couldn’t be happier with our experience. Thank you to the whole team.

The crew at T-Mobile went above and beyond to really help me out and make my life better! Sophia was awesome and helped me lower my phone bill by switching me over to Autopay. Michah was very helpful in lowering my internet bill by switching me from Spectrum to T-Mobile’s plan. Leonardo was very efficient in executing all these moves for me. Highly recommend this location and this crew!

There's a sign that says your bill stays the same, but mine increases $50 every month literally, I turned in my iPhone because your team said it was in perfect condition and I would be credited to my account towards $800, I came back to pay my bill, they said they increase was because my phone was "great" but not perfect.ok, next bill arrives they say there's no records of me trading a phone in and my bill is over $200 dollars for 1? ! Line, absolutely ridiculous

Hey if your looking for someone who is well defined in skills and very knowledgeable in the greatest deals, come and see Jackson. The man with the plan. He was able to breakdown the rebates deals and the turnaround investments on the plan he built for me. Jackson takes the time to suit your needs and quality’s with the dreamiest eyes nobody can resist. Overall, there’s no comparison the great energy this store contains, the staff members are all so helpful and lean on each other. They got a good team here.

Came into the store with a 3 month old issue Michah and Armani we so helpful and did what techs and other customer service didn’t bother looking into… my phone problem got resolved and they were sooo freaking awesome… Thanks again guys y’all my favorite store from now on!

Came in to fix an issue on my phone, Amber got me setup with two tablets completely on tmobile with data service! She was quick and efficient. Always come to this t-mobile in the plaza!
