T-Rex Cafe reviews
17Cool place! The service was good and so was the food. It was actually real good food. It's pricey, but not ridiculous.
Our kids absolutely loved this place! The animatronics are cool and the periodic asteroid storm made the mouths open wide every time at my table. We had a great seat in the rock outside the ice cave. I'm a burger guy so I opted for the megasaurus burger.it was three patties. Now I ate the entire thing but I wished I had gotten a smaller one the rest of the day. It was very good though. The kids menu made everyone happy and it was the best everyone had eaten in three days.best part was it was our first meal that no one complained about.no one! It was amazing.parents, you understand that peace!
Food over priced and below average quality, wasn't even that hot when served. Service slow had to wait about 15 mins just to get the bill, air con so cold we had to buy my son a hoody just to sit and have food
This place was awesome! We had reservations for a group of 7 of us. Checking in could be better but with the massive amount of people they handled it well. The interior is amazing. Our son is a huge dinosaur fan and he was just in awe. Our server Angel was excellent. Food was typical tourist place prices but you’re paying for the experience. Not the best menu but not the worst. Def a must do when visiting Disney Springs.
The atmosphere is what keeps us going back here. The food is ok, nothing great, but it is such a fun place for kids.
The coolest restaurant ever. Kids will never forget a place like this. Yes prices are high, your at Disney World, duh. Your paying for atmosphere and memories. For that the prices are right on the money. A MUST for families
Ordered the fettuccine Alfredo, Instead of a thick creamy parmesan sauce it was thin and watery with not much taste. It was more like a soup with noodles. Loved the fishtanks
They discriminate against people in wheelchairs. They expect somebody who is disabled to walk all the way to the very back of the restaurant instead of having a seat near the front where they might be able to comfortably walk the short distance to a table.
They also repeatedly make fun of people who are unable to walk long distances.
The managers stand idly by doing nothing to discipline their rude and careless employees.
Such a cool place! Even if you don't want to eat here, just come peek in, it is amazing! There are anamatronic dinosaurs all over and every so often the room gets dark and it sounds like meteors are falling and the lights flicker! Also the ice cave lights change colors. The staff is really friendly and very attentive. I was worried that with how many people were there that it would take forever to eat, but it was really quick. The food was amazing, but it is also pretty dang expensive.
This is a very fun place for kids and for adults WITH kids. A bit pricey but, hey, this is Disney! The food is big portions, 50% sugar, and ok. Sugar high keeps kids going a long time! The staff is nice, patient, accommodating, and helpful, and again, this is Disney! Well trained staff to be people- centric and friendly. But, most important, my grandkid loves it! Parking in lime garage close. Not a long walk down min street to the right and you cant miss it on the left.
This is a great dinosaur theme restaurant. Located in Disney Springs, formerly Downtown Disney, near the escalator. Clean facilities with a wheelchair accessible entrance. Gift shop. On the expensive side, as all things Disney are. Food is good. Great for celebrating Birthdays. We will definitely be going back.
I liked this restaurant, took my son here a week ago while we were on vacation. It was very family friendly, had an atmosphere with prehistoric dinosaurs that move and make noises. They do like a mini show of different lighting and noises. Tourist spot, something to do. Food prices were reasonable, glass sizes were awesome for drinks (juice), it was fun. Me and my son were seated next to the fish tank. Decor was nice and fits with the theme.
Hands down the best experience I have ever had. The service was on point Eric did a amazing job with everyone order and the tilapia with muscles was hands down the BEST seafood I have ever had.
Food was good but our party wasn't completely happy. We had to double check our bill and found an error.
Food was horrendous, from burnt shrimp to undercooked potato's the food is overpriced garbage. The kids meals are nothing more than tyson frozen chicken nuggets. $20 burger is fast food quality. Stay away if you like good food. Walk through to see the dinosaurs and eat somewhere else.
Great food and an amazing atmosphere for adults and kids alike. Dinosaurs everywhere.ice caves, undersea areas. Fun drinks and desserts. Reservations suggested.
Food was good, But please watch your credit card if you make res.through Disney. We made our res.time and they are still trying to charge us for a no show.
