In addition to being a doctor, you can see the quality of person that the doctor is and the passion that he exercises his profession. My daughter is being treated with him and we feel that we are in the best hands.
Thanks to the doctor and his team for their kindness and how they have treated us, my baby is only 5 weeks old and since she was born, at 11 days old, the doctor sees her.
It is a blessing to have the joy that my daughter receives care from him.

I don’t know where to begin. It’s a complete shock when you’re 1 year old is diagnosed with congenital bilateral cataracts. Being told that our one year olds only option for a healthy vision development is to have bilateral 4 hour surgery. That was probably the hardest news I had to absorb. We met with other doctors and unfortunately they did not fit. During our first consultation with
Dr. Chang, my wife and I gave each other “the look” which meant we found the right one. Dr. Chang is not only elite at his profession, he is gifted with an amazing ability to communicate transparently. He still responds to all our concerns through email if we have an issue or question. We are wholeheartedly grateful for the care Dr. Chang took with our little boy. Thank you God for putting us in the right hands.

I am not one to leave reviews on anything but I just had to jump on here and give great thanks to the amazing Chang. I am forever grateful for giving my daughter a chance of vision. My baby girl was born with congenital cataract in both her eyes. As a first time mother my stress was to the roof especially having no knowledge of the issue. With Dr. Chang I gained reassurance and confidence that my daughter was in the right hands. May God bless you you truly have the hands of an angel.
