TA Travel Center, Wildwood FL

Stop by about 10: 30 last night, went into the store, Guy at the fuel desk spoke with nice greeting. The guy up front was a little different, I believe he was more so ready to go home for the night, (Robert), So I made my purchase and I was waiting for the total amount to pay. But when I ask the total he seemed like a aggregated him, being that a young lady came up and they started talking about coming in to work for someone who took off. I don't know. But the customer service went out the window and the focus was on their conversation more so than customer's. So I thank him for the service and departed.

They need to set up online shower system. They don’t have enough showers. Customers has to wait for hours to get shower. I waited for mine more than 1 hr just to get a shower while there were no even other customers waiting. If you need shower never come here

Super people working here, store cleaned specially restroom, plenty of parking, cashier fuel desk are very friendly, subway worker are super people excellent service n thanks TA, best TA ever

Worst customer Service ever, they told me I only have to wait one hour to get my tire changed and I ended up waiting 2 and a half hours. Than I go back and the manager was mad because I asked him about the delay, he ended up getting mad because I keep asking him about it so he told me to go somewhere else after wasting my time which I did, they need to be fired. I Always coming to TA but it was never like that. I would never come back here!

Not happy with the customer service, they we’re racist.never had any experience like that in Loves or pilot. I would never be back!

They tell you to wait 2 hours and u be stuck for a a whole the worker saw me smoking and asked if I wanted to buy any weed and they wasted my time by telling me I have to wait 2 hours and ended up waiting a whole day

It’s a good travel center. Lots of food options if your hungry. There is a Popeyes inside as well. For truckers there are showers.

When they say they don't have staff to clean a shower, or if they don't use these kinds of excuses like the system is down but if I pay in cash or card they can give me a bath. I asked to use my points and they didn't want to give me the shower either. They are rewards card rules and these people are violating the right that we as consumers have. This type of excuse is daily since I go through the TA very often to put diesel in my truck and they always have a handwritten note regarding the showers.

Came here after delivering 70 miles away on Friday to spend the weekend until our next load pickup. We went into shower and it was a horrible experience! First the shower fan didn't work yes there is ac but those shower rooms are small and we like air movement well asked the clerk if they had another shower with a working fan he said no ok so we proceeded into shower and when we closed the door a weird smell hit us we believe it is mold the shower room is in horrible condition this is definitely a location that needs a serious renovation. We quickly showered and said never again! Please do an update to this location and also add a handicapp shower downstairs for those you can't climb stairs.

The service writer Dave needs an attitude adjustment he was training a younger guy neither one of these guys need to be working at a truck service garage. Most T/A's have good people, this one not so much. I pulled out and went to loves.

The pet area is horrible.
Garbage in it. And the never fill the waste bag station, so people don’t clean up after their dos.

4 hours of waiting for the showers, and it was not for many people to use them, it is that they take a long time to clean,

Such a nice and clean bathroom! The vases, flowers, large mirrors, and framed affirmations are so pleasant! Made me forget that I was at a gas station.

The showers were dirty waiting to be cleaned and the cleaning person was not all over the place, that's why the wait was more than 3 hours

The worst place, the dirty showers and the lady who cleans the showers was not doing her job, so the wait was more than 4 hours with only three drivers waiting

I been to the shop and got fix a tire, I had to wait like 1 hour only normally it’s more time.
But they did a good job because the tire wasn’t had and he check it and I am sure it’s was something else not the tire that was bad. They know what they doing and they nice people.

TA Service Shop
1st of all the shop was really clean compared some of other's I've been to friendly folks at the desk Shay did an amazing job Corey the shop manager was great help thank u very much guy's

I stop as this location every week and my only question would be why is every week something broken either half of the pumps are down or if there up the def is out or if not that showers are down or insiders the store the diesel line is out the dam door because someone called out but hey I’m just a driver and none of this matters god bless a American trucker OH OTHER THAN THAT THEY HAVE VERY GOOD PRICED DIESEL

So this employee for subway comes out to make my sandwich and puts gloves on and scratches his face which happens to have some acne on it. I said change your gloves before you make my sandwich his boss was right there and started to talk to me like I was a 2 year old lol. I told him there is no argument here just a violation of the food codes in Florida lol.

I had a miracle happen to me today. Had an air leak on my truck and the maintenance dept said to take it to TA. Pulled up to a TA waiting for the worst by hearing we will get to you in the morning. One of the workers pointed at me and flagged me in. I was shocked and slowly pulled into the bay. I opened my door and I informed I had an air leak. He said "no problem, let me fix that for you". He immediately got under the truck, even before I filled out the paperwork, and said "found it" (I wasn't even inside the office yet) and he said my airbags were leaking. He said to go watch some TV and will get me out in less than 30 min. MY MIND WAS BLOWN! 30 min later I was on the road.
