Arby's and Popeyes are there. The convenience store has sooo many nice keepsakes and cute things to buy at very good prices. Especially the blown glass ornaments. It's a very nice place to relax too and shower if you need to. My friend bought me a pair of earrings there yesterday as a belated Birthday present and a minions water bottle because I love me some minions.

It's a truck stop. Go elsewhere if you're using the mudflap app. This TA does not recognize the DEF discount.

Just bought a set of marker bulbs to replace on my truck. Neither bulb worked and they are the correct part number. I went back inside to return five minutes later and the clerk Jessica said they are “considered electronics” and she cannot return. I asked if she can give me another bulb to try and she said I would have to buy it.

So they sold me $15 defective bulbs and wouldn’t let me return OR exchange for another bulb that works. Enjoy your $15 TA, you just lost my $1500/week in fueling.

Went there to replace a they ended up selling me a better spare. It's about the $. Not the service.

Today, December 20th, 2023-I came in for a Truck Diagnostic. I was told all 4 of my Truck Batteries were not good. I requested to have my batteries charged to see if they were any good. I was told the battery charger was not available. I knew for a fact my batteries were able to hold a charge-and that I had to pay for the batteries that they installed on my Truck. Just the fact that they don’t want to help charge your Truck Batteries tells me that this shop is running a battery selling scam! This is very unethical and I do not recommend this TA Shop to anyone. Very Unprofessional and I Am Not Happy. I will be Filing a Complaint with TA Corporate Offices. Never do any type of Business with This Shop, Ever! If Anyone has had a similar experience please let me know!

24 hours waiting to fix a flat tire, truck stop complete full all day.
One star because restroom are clean.

This place is the best! My husband and I are having some problems with old pipes breaking End the print out my hot water heater. Would be coming here for showers at Night time. The facility is so clean, the people are so friendly. It doesn't matter what time a day you go there. $16 for a hot shower after working all day its well worth it.

The workers are not professional, they wasted my $36.25 in points, i really regret buying anything from here

Normally TA is ok, but this one here in Knoxville, Tennessee at Lovell Rd the cashiers are disgustingly watchful if you warming your own food and not buying right away. Not all drivers can afford to be buying every stop

I really appreciate this person! He is a hero to me because nobody I couldn’t find but when I called him he came to me like in 20 minutes also great service. Definitely recommend him

I needed my trailer weighed for the DMV. Clara was awesome n helped me get in and out quickly!

This is a nice place and whomever thought of this hit the we need more places like this I was so comfortable sitting in the waiting area my fourth time here but never knew that all of this was in here because I came in for food the first time and went back out the second-third time just sat outside waiting on my daughter and finally came in the fourth time and was amazed I could have been playing a game or watching TV the other times well I will be back

Not too good they siesta acting they are busy and have to wait for hours to get you in. I lost hope and trust to do business with them.

I had stopped at 3 previous places they were unable to cash in a $90 scratch off where is TNA was able to cash it in with no problem. Thank you for being able to tend to my needs

This place has very clean showers with awesome water and shower heads that actually work great! I am not a truck driver; I do not even have a vehicle right now. This is still an awesome truck stop. Very nice people here.

Nowhere to park, guess all the local trucks park here. Plus it's going on six hour for an oil change.

Clean showers, nice towels, great water pressure! We had a late flight and wanted to shower after our last day on the beach, so stopped for a shower. Great experience!

This one is different from the way you drive in threw the gate to the way you gain access to building which as you pull up to fuel pump go to your right and yes PASS the shop to your left.

Funny this is sitting from your truck looking over that wat it doesn't look like an entrance. When you go in you go straight to the shop and fuel counter pass that is the actual store which is small alot of things are chuck up there due to size so that mean yes fast food no official pride restaurants you got Popeyes and Arby's whi j isn't too bad I have check out the shower situation but I am guess veery small aswell back to parking lot again small buildings small lots.but I must say if your interested in buying a car there is convent gator Ford dealer across from fuel and they promised discount on car and parts so that could be interesting. And those of you that like to park in the reserve parking spots what little they have and have the nerve to have them there is a security guard that comes around check if you have paid or else you will be ask to leave Tampa t/a not so sunny after all.
