I was in town visiting family and my cousin invited me to a special Sunday class. Boaaaa WE PUT IN WORK! The trainers were very kind and they pushed us and motivated us to keep going through the whole thing. They are also hilarious and the energy was everything I needed. I felt encouraged and sooo good afterwards. Blessings to the team! 10/10 experience.
