16Historically this has been one of the better taco bells in the area, however they messed up a simple order 3 times. They were rude about fixing anything. Ultimately they never corrected one of the issues and I had to eat cold stale food.
The food was cold, at the drive threw It took about 10 minute just to order 3 items because the guy working had to keep asking me to wait a moment. I understand being short staffed but cold food come on this sucks
First time at this TB. Went in with family and the cashier was very nice but seems he is new. The two people (teenagers) in back making food, were very rude to him when he went to ask a question.
Our food was properly made but no sauce and no napkins were put in bag. When we asked for a few I was given 4 napkins and 3 sauce packets.
They are more busy being on their phones than taking care of customers.
Ordered Crunch Wrap and new Potato Taco. Both had to go back because it was not enough lettuce and the potatoes were old and stale.

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The girl with the green/teal hair that took my order took a phone call in the middle of me ordering my food. She told me that they didn’t have 2 of the items I ordered at this location (even though it was on the menu). Then, when I pulled up to the window, she was still on the phone and just took my card and shoved all the food in my face. The manager of this location should really enforce the whole “no phones out” policy and teach their employees better customer service.
Lobby is open, thank you taco Bell for not overreacting. Lobby was clean and food was appropriately priced.
Taco bell needs to be Alittle more generous with the meat in the taco.some bites I taste only the lettuce
Much better than it was before the remodel. You can tell they took the opportunity to train the staff better. Much more efficient and great service.
The food was fine but the place is dirty and the building is in disrepair. Better to take out than eat in.
Just left here. My Power Veggie Burrito was wrong 3x. First they served me a burrito bowl. Second, a steak burrito. Third time, the rice was not cooked fully so the burrito was inedible. I don’t recommend.
Tried to eat a Frito burrito, had to deconstructions it and put the meat and cheese in a quisida.
We went through the drive thru, counted our items, went home, no worries. Opened my first taco and it had a bite taken out of it, very very clearly. There was no sign of the other piece in the bag.
This is a really nice TB, no matter how busy the wait is short and the crew is always friendly!
Taco Bell is always good everywhere. Doesn't seem to change much. Staff is always usually the same everywhere. Prices are always the same. Food is good and prices are cheap. This one is in Mandarin so the experience is Pleasant.
Some of the people leaving reviews here sound like they've never worked in food before. If you look down on fast food workers especially or go to places like this with the mentality that they are lesser than you, you're going to probably get bad service. Every time I've been to this particular Taco Bell, they repeat the order back to me so I know they're getting it right. Extra sauce? No problem. I have no complaints. 5 stars
