Taco Bell, Miami FL

They have their good days and bad days, Sometimes I get a delicious quesadilla with a lot of cheese and meat and sometimes I just get the quesadilla with some sauce and scraps.

Waited for about 10 mins before I was attended. They worried more about the drive through which is still slow. I asked for service but was told to continue to wait. Ended up leaving. The point of fast food is service and this place clearly doesn't have it

Be cautious paying with credit/debit cards at this location. My card was fraudulently ran twice within 5 minutes of leaving the store. The Manager “Walter” could care less when brought to his attention, horrible customer service.

I love the food here but one of the girls with curly hair took my order wrong and after checking I went back to ask for my missing order and I treat myself like whatever if I don't mind, take your order. I'm very sorry, but it was her mistake, not mine and on top of that, no apology and very bad character.

Everything was great. Only reason 4 stars i paid extra for shredded chicken and got very little meat. Wasn't worth the upcharge.

This is usually a very good taco bell. They never mess up my order. Today tho they gave me baja blast that was running out of flavor. But still an overall good experience

Had to go back twice because they got my order wrong. Wish I could post how horrible the food was, non of the food I ordered had jalapeño sauce which is what makes the food taste good and the shredded chicken melt was 90% tortilla 3% shredded chicken and 7% cheese. Wish I could say this was a 1 time thing but this is constantly when I go.

Drove through and I could understand the person at the drive through window clearly. I received my order accurately and in a timely fashion!
What a pleasant surprise for a fast food place in America today! Food was well prepared and fresh. I'm blown away!

The restaurant is empty, so I can’t understand why the floor and tables are dirty. I would not eat in the restaurant again.

I have to say the service in not like before. Noone in front taking orders, now you have to use the order yourself screens. There was a customer waiting 15 mins to be attended to to place an order. Terrible. This is why I dont do fast food that much anymore.
