Taco Bell reviews
16Went to drive thru on 1/17/2022 at 7: 35 p.m. Lady taking orders was so rude I backed out of the drive thru (no one behind me) and drove away. I didn't say anything beforehand. I wouldn't trust her making tacos either with that bad of an attitude. She'd probably spit in the food. Unfortunate.
Food was on point. Service with a smile. Order came out in a timely manner and was great. The only thing I do not like is that they no longer have seating inside like they used to
My dawg Willis just made my day, great personality and very funny. Quite possibly my best Bell experience!
I’m not one to normally complain. But today was one of the worst drive thru experiences I’ve encountered. I glanced down after pulling away to notice half of my meal was missing, and due to the length of the line I decided against turning around to retrieve the items. I already waited in like about 15-20 mins just to order which is why I decided against even addressing it again. The gentleman at the window was very nice but the prep and put together of my order was a 0 out of 10 in mine and my families opinion
Food tasted alright, service was lacking. Put in a mobile order, thought I was doordash, forgot my drinks at first, then completely messed up sizes and flavors in the end anyway. It was late and busy so I dealt with the drinks. At least they got my 7 year old's customized order right, besides the forgotten drink.
Dining room is exceptionally clean. And your counter staff are friendly and polite.
Food was made to order.
Thank you for keeping your doors open!
My mobile order was accurate but despite asking two different times if there was sauce in the bag (I ordered sauce in the app, asked about it at the speaker box, and also asked when our food was handed to us) there was no sauce in the bag. I had to go through the drive through again to get sauce (the dining room was closed, September 2021) and was given sauce with no apology.
Other than that, it was the same taco bell taste I know and love. Food was good but customer service and attention to detail was lacking.
Update: Had to shut mobile order down? Order is missing something EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! It's not statistically possible to be this bad. Great staff with good intentions and personalities but horrible service something is missing every time it just needs better quality control!

They finally got the mobile and web orders going smooth! But Larry is the highlight when we go there. He is always in a good mood and takes the time to listen carefully to our customized orders! He even helped us on his break once because no one was at the counter! Larry deserves some special recognition, and to be truthful he's probably management material! The whole team is great but definitely under staffed. They do well for it though.
What's wrong with the app not working? And bring back the toasted cheddar chalupa!
Got the second star because the staff is great. Other than that, go somewhere else. Burritos are basically liquid, and everything tastes the same-like smokey Chipotle chicken dressing. I went for breakfast and "they don't start that for a couple months". Taco bell has always been a disappointment but the bar is lower than ever.
Great hard working staff. They may have been a little short staffed due to my order needing to be corrected but they were kind and fixed it as quick as possible during lunch rush!
Change the dang hours bruh, dine in closes at 10pm Why is there not a way to service someone who is walking? As if it's so much different from sitting in your car. Jax beach is a beach town, it's 2021 sort it out yo
We used to visit this Taco Bell frequently on the way home from the beach with our kids. We stopped about 2 years ago after several negative experiences with wrong orders and very small portions. This week we decided to try it again and it was like a totally different place. First of all, the drive-through lady was super friendly which you dont normally find at fast food places unfortunately. On top of that, our order was quick, correct and very ample portion sizes
Ordered 3 grilled chicken soft tacos.
Would have been great except one thing,
Didn't have any chicken in them. Sad really.
I dined in at this location. Normally I just went through the drive through, but I had to say that this location is very clean. I love the kiosks where you can order your own food bc I normally stand there knowing what I want, but then I'm like hmmmmm what else can I get. Lol! Anyway, I wanted to acknowledge Nanita & Keyona. Both these ladies were VERY polite, nice to speak to & thabked me for dining in & said good bye when we left. Our food came out nice, warm & fresh. I was VERY pleased! Thanks ladies! It employees like you that love what you do & make customer's feel special when dining in. High five, five stars ladies!
Because it is Taco Bell!
The food is good, service quick and it's affordable.
Taco Bell isn't for everyone's tastes. It's greasy, sloppy, and not something to eat everyday.
***If you're a Vegan, spare yourself and everyone else the complaints! Just don't visit and go somewhere that you know caters to your dietary choices, because Taco Bell doesn't and you know that. ***
If a greasy Taco or Big Beef Burrito is your thing now and then, drive thru and get it. Enjoy!
Tonight at 11: 47pm I called them to see what time they were open till and they rudely hung up on me. I called again and it was ignored. Terrible customer service.
