Taco Bell, Palatka FL

I ordered online. Site told me it was done. I went to the drive threw and they said they were closed. 30 mins early. Told me they didn't have any order aheads and then asked me if my name was what it was. They said they could refund the money bc they weren't making any food for the rest of the night. This is the kinda employees you don't need at your establishment. I hope the GM gets word of this.

All our food was THROWN in the bag, when we got home all the tacos were upside down and falling out. I mean C’mon! Won’t be returning to this Taco Bell Palatka! Oh and they gave me the wrong burritos. I could MAYBE (but still no excuse) understand if they were busy, but they had 2 people in driving thru.
But the drive Thur lady was nice, you could actually understand her.

Im not too happy with taco bell this time a young girl.cashier wasnt chkin bags b4 handing out so i was missing a few items good thing i didnt leave the window yet she said they had her doing a lot of things at one time so they need to tighten up on that

Can't say much because they were short-handed I think they're cashier was sick stayed in the bathroom. The service was slow the dining room was filthy you had to wipe off your own table if you wanted to sit down.

I waste of money they cheat you out of your hamburger meat but more lettuce and tomatoes on it than anything else taco Bell you should be better than that poor people can't even go take a s*** cuz I can't afford to eat your tacos to go to the bathroom because you don't put enough meat on it

If you can manage not to get stabbed by one there employees your golden just saying ghetto stay away after Hours and the employees at that time just wow

Was headed home got hungry looked up what was open it said they are open until 12 got there at 11: 47 looked like a ghost town fix your business hours or fix your employees

It was very late and I didn’t expect to find anything open. At the last minute before I embarked on my long journey home (about 10 mins) I saw the purple/pinkish bell that is “Taco Bell” my first thought was "¡Yo quiero Taco Bell! "

So I pulled up to the drive through on my motorcycle and to my surprise got a response almost instantly! Normally my bike does not trigger the sensor and I sit there for awhile at other restaurants. But here they quickly responded “Welcome to Taco Bell, can I take your order please? ” So after my swift delivery of my necessary necessities, I was told to pull up to the window. Again to my surprise I encountered people who where actually awake and friendly, not trying to rush me through and get me gone. The food came quick and hot, they did not forget my sauce, and the order was correct! I even got napkins.

So overall I was very happy and will return!

No star from me on Saturday morning I would say around 9-10. After I got home I ate 1 taco I got the number 6 with soft shell, but after i ate it an hour or 2 later I ended up throwing up and going to the hospital I couldn't get this sick feeling from me. I will be sending inspection yalls way and I hope yall get shut down. I know yall don't care but my health is so much more important I couldnt eat or drink or even keep anything down. I'm so disappointed. I have never had such an issue with you guys before.

Lightning fast service, I got my takeout order handed out within five minutes. I think this applies to almost all Taco Bell outlets I have visited. They have very good vegetarian options and the food is tasty too.

Frequent this establishment often tonite was the first time I was ever refused a side of red sauce was told by the "manager" can't be done thru drive thru

Horrible service Horrible everything never go there this is the 2nd time I have drove out of town to my house and got my order wrong and hung up on me waist of 20$ as well as a waist of time!

You either get someone with a great attitude or someone that is upset they have a job lmao

Taco Bell food is Taco Bell food ya feel

My husband pulled up at 10: 03 am to order food, no one comes on the speaker so he drives to the window where the female worker rudely asks "can I help you? " He told her he thought the speaker might be broke when she interrupts him and says "we aren't open". When he said it says you open at 10 she tells him "yea we don't go by what it says" and closed the window on him. Mind you there were 5 other cars waiting at the drive through. F-you taco bell

While working on the road.and not much time to actually sit and dine. I have become a fan of fast food.the taco salad with salsa is to die for! You must try it!

Horrible service it took 15minutes for them to take my order and I was the only one in line. No opoligy or explanation was offered
