Taco Bell, New Port Richey FL

9/10 will get your order right. Kinda slow in the drive through they are always busy no matter the time of day. Staff is friendly and place is clean.

Every single time I come to this Taco Bell and KFC consistently my order is wrong something is missing something wrong something else is missing or it's just entirely wrong is it that hard to read the ticket and actually know what they're saying?

While the order was correct, it would be nice if tacos wouldn't fall apart and whoever makes the burritos would learn to fill and wrap correctly. While all ingredients were there it was so limp it folded onto itself instead of being stiff and easy to hold and eat.

I was in the drive threw line for 24 fricken min n the way the drive threw is set up u can’t even leave the line ur stuck! This location needs new management!

Arrived 20 minutes prior to closing 12am and an associate walked out and yelled were closed.in an unprofessional manner really disappointing

Long wait at the drive thru. Get home with my order to find out I was missing one item that I was charged for. I ordered 6 items and the receipt confirmed it and only had 5 in the bag. Also was not asked if I wanted any hot sauce either. Called several times and it just rang and rang and rang until it started sounding like a fax machine. I'm not driving all the way back up there now. I now see the HORRIBLE reviews. Hadn't been to this location in quite awhile and this will be my last. Apparently the manager on duty doesn't answer the phone when it rings! These are the workers that want $15 bucks an hour! Hell they can't even fill an order correctly. Avoid this location if at all possible!

I understand that sometimes things get rough on a day's work in the food industry but is it really that hard to get an order right? Several times I've had my order completely wrong with ingredients missing and entire items missing at this Taco Bell/KFC. 3 years of this happening intermittently for me to actually write a review about this place. This staff just doesn't seem to give a damn about the customers' orders. If this restaurant wasn't so close to home, I'd never go to it again.

The food was okay but, but we ordered Baja Blast and I've never tasted something so gross. Baja Blast is my favorite drink at Taco Bell and I've never had it messed up before, I didn't even know it was possible. To top ot all off it was luke warm with no ice.

If I could give them a 0 I would! I pull up to order not being completely familiar with the KFC menu and a young lady asked me if I was ready to order. Her name was Kimberly. I said not yet, I don't the menu for off that well. After a few more seconds she comes back on the speaker with "you ready to order yer? " She was exceedingly rude. She then proceeds to tell me that if I'm gonna be that slow, I need to walk into the lobby. I said excuse me? She then repeated the statement. I couldn't believe how she spoke to me no one behind me. I will not go back

This place is so awful.they are all insanely rude AND disrespectful AND SUPER slow AND still somehow manage to get my order wrong EVERY TIME.something seriously needs to change about this place.it’s absolutely disgusting.

I think 3 stars is as high as you can give a Taco Bell, the food was standard fast food quality. The employee couldn't figure out how to use the register or take an order and no one seemed to be helping/training. All in all our food came out fast and wasn't terrible.

Ordered via Uber Eats. Typically when I go in the Day/Early evening this location is on point and the staff is awesome. However last night around 730 I didnt receive one of the major items in my kfc bucket combo and when I called, they let it ring over 3x maybe up to 4 mins each call. The fourth call i made, they either unplugged their phone or turned it on dial tone so no calls would come through. Disappointing at best. All I wanted to know is if I could come get the rest of my food or if I had to take it up with UberEats. It would've been a ten second phone call.
