Taco Bell, St. Petersburg FL

Simple hard shell tacos were falling apart and the lettuce was super dark green almost black

It's your typical Taco Bell. When you first walk in the people are very laid back, that's the first thing I noticed. At first I was thinking, if they're that laid back, this is not going to be very well handled. Well, I was mistaken. The food was great, and I realize that the service and the atmosphere was actually perfect for the establishment and the employers. The combination of both made my visit to Taco Bell comfortable, interesting, and satisfactory. I would recommend this particular Taco Bell.

Sitting in the parking lot, Sigh Says open but isn't but isn't not even the drive through. Apparently south st pete fast food places don't want people to eat there

I rarely go to Taco Bell but I wasn't a hurry and I wanted to get a chicken supreme burrito. What they gave me was some beans and onions in a flower tortilla wrap. What a joke! Also I pull up to the window and they want to know if I'm going to be paying cash or credit. And if I have exact change or not?

A basic Taco Bell. Ordered supreme tacos and they never added sour cream. Drive thru server was pleasant. Not always that lucky there. I stop here when I am out of options.

Ordered at drive through went to pay, one minutes or less later it was ready. Must have been sitting there for a long time. It was cold and soggy and I only live 3 minutes away. Last time I go there.

I have been here when they open and I would say it was better, this young crew slick mouth and inferior customer service is sad. I will not come back here anymore. I am a delivery driver and my three experience was always an issue. Never thought I would have to post this as a rating

I live near this store so I’ve been numerous times, and I don’t think I’ve ever had a good experience here in the four years I’ve lived here. I usually drive way out of my way to go to a better location, but tonight it was late and I chanced it. Bad idea.both of my burritos tasted like cleaning chemicals so badly I had to throw them out.

Worst service! Employees sitting at table with drinks and cell phones. Wouldn't take our order, made us use kiosk. Paid extra for guacamole, got none. Ordered no tomato, was loaded with them. Employee at table while we were eating on loud speakerphone call. Very unprofessional. Never going back there.

Always out of stuff, and staff has this entitled attitude like they shouldn't have to do their job to get paid

I went through drive thru and I was asked to come inside because there is one person working inside. I saw another employee picking up outside which doesn’t make sense.

I'm not sure whats going on at this taco bell, missing items from menu, didn't even have straws, had a simple order, it was clearly made by someone who doesn't want to work here. The burritos weren't even wrap all the way around and were falling apart in the bag, spicy burrito had more jalapeños than filling, disgusting. Should've gone across the street

Worst service ever. You go through the drive-thru you order your food and they make two of the same tacos a five layer burrito is not the same as their spicy double burrito the price difference especially when you get extra meat extra cheese and extra sour cream on one. I called them and the lady talking to me oh they just made it wrong it's okay I didn't ask for rice on two tacos cuz five layers do not come with rice. If anything just find another location
