20 Constantly closed before their advertised hours. Sit around with lights on just so car after car can pull in and be told close. This happens on personal trips and now a business Uber trip. The app wouldn't be sending orders when they were closed if they were adhering to the hours a third party associate had been provided.

Disgusting! 12 tacos that look like the guy just shot the meat, lettuce cheese tomatoes and sour cream out of a cannon hoping to hit the fajita. Half the taco was outside the fajita when I opened it. Place was not busy so there was no excuse for the kid not to take his time and put things neatly on each taco. These tacos all had meat on one side and everything else on the other. What bull. You can't even make a taco right you shouldn't be working there. Kids today are lazy and this is laziness!
Made a mobile order for pick up got there at 6 PM and the lady and her kid that she was watching at work told me that the lobby was closed and then I had to go through drive-through to get my order, so instead of getting my order within a minute I had to wait 15 minutes in the drive-through
37 minutes waiting in the drive thru for food for someone else is not what I needed after work today.
Mobile order placed at 10: 30pm.arrived at 10: 35pm. Frozen drink handed out then parked. For 10 minutes. Then when the employee brought it out my son had to get out of his car to go get it from her! Got home 3 minutes later and the 'frozen drink' was completely thawed because they gave it to him and then made him wait 10 minutes for the food. The crunch wrap that was ordered WITHOUT tomatoes because of a food allergy was LOADED with tomatoes! The chips in the nachos tasted funny too. All in all? A COMPLETE failure.
My wife and I, went there on our lunch break. Placed our order on keyosk in lobby.
Waited 10 minutes before inquiring about our food, in the meantime, watched them hand out 2 drive thru orders.
When I approached counter, my food wasn't even being made, while 3 employees were standing around talking. When I inquired about my order, they finally started making food.
Now I am definitely not going back to this location, or recommend it to anyone.
Cleanest fast food restaurant I've been to. Food is fresh, staff is cheerful and service fast.
Why do they allow pickup orders for in the store when they lock the doors and refuse to allow people to pick the food up? Furthermore, when i call them and tell them I specifically chose in store because they wont allow motorcycles in the drive through, why does the high school dropout manager refuse to refund me? If i don’t get my food, you don’t get my money, pretty simple concept…
Things have changed, at least on Sunday nights! The kid messed up my order 2 ways, had to drive back and then the big woman at the drive thru sounded irritated and had ZERO to say about it. No apology or even slightest remorse. Need some training at this store.

Hot and Delicious! I love just about everything at Taco Bell! Prepare to wait a bit, but it's worth it. They are also always so nice and appreciative of your patience, that it makes up for the slight holdup.
I haven't used this location in about a year and a half bc the last time I ate here it was so unorganized and rude I was completely turned off. Not to mention I emailed and left reviews on the main taco bell site to absolutely no response trying to fix the issues I experienced. I came today to give them another chance and I was asked to pull around which I expected because I did have a large order of 11 items. I was left for over ten minutes while they continued to serve the line. I had to walk in to get my order after asking about it. Completely unorganized. What a joke.
I've been here countless times and the service is always solid and they rarely have given me the wrong food. At the end of the day it's a taco bell that won't skimp out on ingredients like some others I've been to.
The nachos by grande was all beans and little meat. And the 12 tacos were cold and the meat had no flavor. I live five minutes away. Not going back.
My wife and I have been traveling up and down the east coast for almost a year now and this taco bell location is absolutely the best one. I thought maybe we got lucky the first time, but we've been here 6 times now (settled down in Largo) and it's be consistent! Tried a few other locations in Pinellas county, and this location was superior. So it's my new to go spot. Thank you Taco Bell on Walsingham in Largo
So happy the Mexican Pizza is back! Edited to include the Mexican Pizza is Back, Again! My fave had it for lunch and dinner on 9-16!
I ordered ahead of time on my app. When I got there at 1: 59 a.m they were already closed I had to pull up to the window and honk my horn. When the got cane to the window I explained that I had had an order for pickup online he looked and he told me okay to give him a minute after about 5 minutes he came back to the window asked if I would drive around the building like twice it should be done by then I drove around it three times and waited for probably another 10 minutes and did not get even close to what I had ordered because they were about to be closed as he put it all their work clothes so they don't have any of the ingredients or anything to what I ordered they did not reimburse me my money back and they left me with some not so yummy food that I did not order nor will that ever have ordered in order to even added their menu to order.
Not just the worst Taco Bell but the worst fast food restaurant ever. I would give it a negative rating if I could! I pull up and there was an employee in a red mini Cooper smoking weed in the parking lot. Then I go inside and I have to order from the kiosk because no one acknowledged I was standing at the counter for 5-10 minutes. I'm surprised they didn't hear the weird snapping noise my shoes were making from the sticky floor. After another 20 minutes waiting, I was so frustrated, I just walked out. I will never go to this Taco Bell ever again! Even if it's the last Taco Bell on earth!
Food came out very quickly, the young girl at the window was very efficient and it helped out that she spoke Spanish. Keep hiring people that are bilingual and go the extra mile to help people.
Never seems to get my order right, they are always missing something in the bag when I get it home.
Very short staff, extremely long wait times, no one working the register. I've officially given up on taco bell. The franchisee and corporate should be ashamed.
Visited on a Friday evening. Drive through service only. Be prepared to wait. Food was typical Taco Bell food. Drive through attendant was polite and courteous.
