Taco Bell, Lake Mary FL

This Taco Bell is the worst of them all! Who makes customers pay 2.99 for a drink that’s a dollar? Dishonest people and rude manger I told them 3 times Raspberry freeze and they still gave me a different kind every time Instead of giving me what I asked for! They also gave me empty sauce packets in my food with a seal on it during Absolutely disgusting

Went through the line to order food. They said I couldn't not have a certain burrito my husband requested bc it is only available through the app! So I went to order something different and was told they had ran out of beef and would not have any for at least 30 minutes! How do you run out of beef? The main ingredient of most of your food items? ! And then they acted like it wasn't a big deal, I can have chicken instead. Uh no, not the same thing!

The slowest drive thru EVER! Got bored waiting in the line decided to write this review. There are about 5 cars and it’s been nearly 20 minutes. For tacos. I’ve seen about 8 car pull into the lot, see the line, and leave. Someone should open a taco stand near here and make a fortune.

I came in to order and the drive threw was busy.
The manager was upset I saw a few workers with masks on but wearing them below their face, even the manager.
Our order was missing the soft taco but I was just in awe of the manager who seemed to be very upset and continually removing his mask. The manager also never changed his gloves after handing me back my money he went right over and continued making and handling food. We wont be back again.

This location states it is open until 4am but at 215 in the morning only serving uber eats orders. That is ridiculous and poor customer service. We won't be back ever.

Tammy s was working the drive through when I came through she gave excellent customer service the $5 chalupa box was just it it's awesome I hope it stays around and I will definitely come back to this Taco Bell due to her excellent customer service

If you attempt to go to this Taco Bell after about 10: 30pm, they will tell you that they are only accepting UberEats or Doordash orders. We've tried a few times at night and this happens each time. Not sure what is happening

Drive through takes too long at 6pm. Here almost 20 minutes now.

On top of the slow wait time, my quesadilla was not even heated. If you're gonna take your time, at least get the order right.

My wife and I went in with our child and ordered food. It took over thirty minutes for us to get our food. Not to mention the fact that my wife’s crunch wrap was burnt. On top of the unbelievably slow service for being “fast food”, the floors inside were absolutely disgusting. If I could give zero stars then I would.

Terrible customer service. Went inside to make an order because the drive through was full. Waited inside for about 5 minutes without the employees ever taking my order. Then left out of frustration due asking an employee if they were available and her ignoring me.

This is the worse taco bell I've been too. They always get orders incorrect. The staff doesn't know what they're doing. Everybody who works here must be slow or something.

Pulled in at 12 am three of them were outside smoking, waited for like three minutes and nothing, pulled around and they were all still out there and said the system was down. When we left they all went back inside.

I’ve been going to taco bell for a long time and coming here made me never want to eat it again. Do Not Come Here. It’s really messed up.

This Taco Bell is the worst for Drive thru! This woman working the drive thru had a terrible attitude and I had to go inside to get napkins and sauce after we asked for it at the window. This is not the first time we have had issues here, will not be back!
