No one responded at the drive thru. Employees were there and it was during their store hours with zero indication of any change in their store hours for today.

The order taker rushed me to finish my order when I drove up. Then they asked me to back up when I reached the window. I don't know why, but this young crew at night is very rude. The staff needs training badly.

This is the worst costumer service ever. Nobody is around to take orders but then it is taking forever. And I sow how people from the street came in in the kitche, looks like employee friends have conversations and then walked out. I never see anything like this.

The staff and management if this store are not bad they are TERRIBLE. The manager that I had the displeasure of dealing with unbelievably rude and unaccommodating. I didn't have my wallet with me so I only had cash in my pocket and this woman refused my business because according to her both registers at the front were not working so according to her she could only take cash at the drive thru. I did not have a car with me because I was waiting on my wife and daughter to pick me up. I ask the "manager" if she could just process my order through the drive thru register which was working to which she replied "I'm not going to hold up the driver thru for you. If you want to pay cash you have to go through the drive thru". Other customers that were there and heard her just shook their head in disbelief. Bottom line is that as a manager her job is resolve minor issues like this and she clearly is not a very intelligent person with terrible manners and does not belong dealing with customers or anything that requires critical thinking. It's really pathetic that someone has to bring something like this to light. The owner hopefully reads this and does something about because these workers are going to drive that business in to the ground with their attitude and behavior. Both times that I have been there in the past year were extremely bad experiences from them not allowing anyone to dine in but it was ok for one of their daughters to be in the dining room (but no paying customer was allowed), to the manager being a nasty idiot to me, why would anyone want to frequent this place? To the workers that laughed at me while the manager was rude to me and didn't allow me to pay in cash y'all are laughing but u can't get a better job than working at taco bell and even there ur bad at your job.that's funny and sad at the same time.

I live close by and have visited this Taco Bell a dozen times in the last year. Every visit I have gotten an attitude. Maybe its because I say things like "Hello, Please, and Thank You". I can only assume the staff here are offended by those words. Besides getting the usual angry attitude from drive thru person half of my order was missing. I will not return to this store. I can deal with an attitude but coupled with encompetence it is not worth it.

The last 2 times I was there this lady Nicole was extremely rude and nasty to me and my mother. Absolutely disgusting. What kind of business is this? ! I've been coming here for many years, something needs to be done this. I can here her screaming at her employees from all the way in the drive-thru! If I go back there and see this Nicole there again. I will never spend money here again.

Super rude staff. Went to eat lunch and they yelled at us that the inside was closed and we had to get out despite the door being unlocked and no sign. This seems to be a running theme there where they often keep the lobby closed with to rhyme or reason.

Was there to get KFC for my daughter. I’m not a KFC fan (Popeyes is way better), but when I saw that was attached to a Taco Bell I was happy to get the Mexican Pizza that they brought back. So I got a KFC tender box for her and a Mexican Pizza/Taco meal for myself. I waited along with about 5 other cars for about 10+ minutes. When they finally brought out my order everything (The tenders box and the Mexican Pizza) was in one bag. The Mexican pizza was almost sideways in the bag and it had slid down and smooshed out of its container. When I got home It was soggy and the shell had a rancid taste as if the oil was old. There was nothing crunchy about the crunchy tacos. I am extremely disappointed. I won’t be going back to that location again, that’s for sure. I just wasted $25.

Food was good, but that manager nicole is extremely rude, every week i have listened to her from the lobby yell at customers at the window and demean employees, she screams, shouts, and cusses so loud to the point where me and many others in the store feel uncomfortable, i have called corporate twice and nothing.she is a problem and has no business working in the customer service department.release her today!

Been here 4 times, 3 of them thru mobile pickup. I place the order in 30ish minutes before pickup every time. I get the notification it's ready and head over. It's never ready. And the employees avoid eye contact. Spent an extra 15 minutes there every time for something that was "ready" 3 times in a row without fail.
