Nothing tasted good. I feel like it was a waste of my hard earned money. It took forever to get the food & there was no other customer in there.

The absolute worst! I was the 7th car in the drive-thru line, and each car ahead of me took 4 to 5 minutes! So it took over 30 minutes to get my order. To make it worse, the taco shells were broken and the food was cold. Take my advice, do NOT go there (unless you like waiting in line).

Btw, this is the total opposite of how it was before. All the good reviews you see about fast service.that's apparently a thing of the past. Also, the slow service wasn't just a one-time event. Long waits seems to be their norm now, even on days when it's not usually that busy. Sad to see.

Food was good. The lady who took my order was very professional. This business establishment was on North Monroe near Walmart.

Jayveon customer service was amazing! He had such a positive and great attitude! He should be the face of the Taco Bell here while the other ladies here had such a horrible attitude. If you don’t want to work there get a new job simple. Customer service is everything

Ordered 35.00 worth of food and this crew literally refused to serve my food!
She said they were too short staffed to complete my meal. Got ripped off,
They charged me 35.00 and refused to make the food and refused a refund. They simply felt “ENTITLED” to my hard earned money. I got Nothing for my money! Nothing! THEFT is what that is. I have video and I’m disputing the charge on my debit card. Please note the many disgusting health code violations! Apparently Taco Bell is now the same as panhandlers, if you want disease and theft go here, that’s all they got to offer!

TACO BELL on North Monroe Street is horrible. Found hair in my food and the manager acted as though this was common. She did not refund my money but wanted to give me coupons for free food on my next visit. No next visit for me.

The GM Roderick is very sweet. However, the way his employee Christine talks to the younger employees is terrible. She is rude & has bad customer service. She rolls her eyes and mumbles when she gets complaints. She needs to be fired. This is ridiculous

Wow when Taco Bell has become overpriced and then the portions are half the size they used to be

Honestly wasn't a bad experiences. Food was hot and correct. Only thing I would suggest is separate the food. We ordered 3 box meals and it was all thrown in one bag and we had to sort threw it. Not a big deal tho.

I frequently place my orders via their app. Majority of the time when I get to the store to pickup in Quincy location they are "out" or "do not have the item yet. " They have charged me twice for the items that I never received because they "were not ready to make the items". I waited, thinking that it may take 3-5 days to refund the difference BUT NEVER got the money back for those items.

I use to frequent the location, as they were doing a great job, however, recently it has gone down hill since 2 months ago. Then craziest thing is though, if you go to the location off I-10 Exit Monroe Street and order via the application the prices are MUCH HIGHER than what is charged at the store also.

We did a mobile order right on the drive tru window because the line was too long.

The food was cold and saggy and nasty! I thought the order was not supposed to be prepared untill you checknin at the window (At least Georgia it's like that)

I love TB - it's my go-to fast food place. On my way home from visiting family for the holiday I found myself with a restroom emergency. Normally I would use the restroom and then place an order (I just can't use a restroom without buying something) but I made an exception this time. I used the handicap stall and I was appalled at the state of the facilities. There was no toilet paper or paper towels (the stall had a private washbasin) and everything was just dirty. It was obvious that no one had checked the place in quite some time. I was committed to using the stall by that point, but used a lot of hand sanitizer when I got out to the car. There were about 4 people in line but I didn't wait - I just left.

Tacos were absolutely disgusting looked like they had been soaked in dish water had to throw them away. There was no taking them back as we were on a family trip. Will never stop at any Taco Bell ever again the quality of food has become horrible and the prices are outrageous.

Too easy to miss the entrance to this TacoBell. Someone in the real estate Dept? Messed up. By the time you see it, boom, it's done. Busy major road. Usual rules apply. Order from the menu. No custom special requests. Check your order. Check your bag. Check for sauces and napkins.and move on. It's TacoBell lol
